Dr. Wong is very likable. He is on-time. He is good with babies and clearly enjoys working with them. He has significant experience so he has "seen it all" and thereby consistently provides good advice.

We were extremely lucky to find Dr. Wong. He is a great doctor to our 3 children ranging from 5-15 years old. We found Dr. Wong when my wife worked for PAMF. We were in the process with Kaiser for testing our 15 year old for ADHD. He continued the process with us and coaches us through medication use and what was best for him. He couldn't be better at his job and really knows how to relate to his patients. He related well to our 15 year old, speaks to him at a calming and understanding tone. And when he visits with our 5 and 8 year old he meets them at their excitement. He is always there when we need him. We love his MA and we never have issues wait time. Always has openings when we need him and even has fit us in to accommodate us for urgent visits. He even answers his own My Health Online messages and calls to follow up himself. We decided to stay with Sutter insurance because of him! Registration process for our kindergartener wasn't easy and he helped us get all the forms we needed very promptly. He is highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Wong!!

We couldn't have asked for a better Pediatrician for our two daughters. He is just great with kids, he is loving , caring and very professional . Dr Wong always spent plenty of time with us listening and answering every question. He is attentive, we never feel rushed. My 3 year old just love him.

Extremely unprofessional. We went for vaccines for our baby. And we paid and we're made to wait inside the doctors room for more than 40 mins without any notice from this Drs nurse. With the crying baby. Hi No courtesy or no notice that why. The nurse was extremely rude and was questioning our reason to even come to see the doctor.Will never want to have this doctor be your kid again. The only reason we had this doctor was cos he was suppose to be more available than others.

Great honest doctor.

We absolutely loved Dr. Wong! We just had our first child in November and he was so patient with our million questions that I'm sure he hears all the time. He never made us feel stupid even when I called him a few times in one day because I was concerned about my sick newborn. He called me back every time and even called again the next few days to check in with us. I am so bummed that we moved an hr & a half away so we had to switch pediatricians.

Dr. Wong was our pediatrician at our newborn 2 day check up in the group medical appointment at PAMF. He was thorough in checking for jaundice and our baby's weight because we hit the threshold of weight loss concern. He is very patient when responding to our first-time parent questions. He also performed the circumcision for us, and in the post op follow up we were told by our primary pediatrician and the nurse that it was done very clean and well. What we most appreciated was that Dr. Wong called us to check in both after the 2 day check up to let us know our son's test results and that there was no concern and again after the circumcision to check for lethargy and if appetite was normal. He is a very approachable, caring, and dedicated doctor.
