Anita Mannancheril's Online Review Report Card

Charged for multiple appointments despite going for 1 yearly physical (covered by insurance). Disputed the charges, called the office and billing many times and this Randolph office didn’t fix it. Was forced to pay for these excess ‘appointments’ since they went to collection after a while. Dr Anita Mannacherrill wrote in the visit summary that ‘patient is aware of the additional visit charges’ which I never would have agreed to… this doctor is sneaky and unfair. Will not be going back.

Worst Doctor I've ever visited. Not compassionate at all will not care anything about you or helping you. Completely incompetent more interested in passing you on to another doctor because she can't do her job honestly I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't have a license.

My mom is a patient with Dr Mannancheril and had a sick visit appointment. I reside out of state and in the medical field. I spoke to Dr M over the phone on my mom condition and treatment options. Dr M is so caring and attentive and my mom absolutely adore her service. May God bless you Dr M.

I was referred to Dr Mannancheril by my sister. I had a great experience. My appointment was for establishment of care and I couldn't be happier. She went over all the labs I brought with me and even had me show her previous labs that I could pull up online. She asked me to have other records sent to her before my next appointment and discussed all of my medications. I will definitely continue seeing her.

Dr. Anita Mannancheril and the Randolph Team were amazing! The experience exceeded my expectations as a new patient. From the front desk, Cherylee, to the clinician, Angelica, and of course Dr. Anita, the professionalism, friendliness, thoroughness and compassion truly made me feel like family. I was there for an annual. Dr. Anita Mannancheril did not evaluate my full test results and only went over what I told her were my health problems. I didn't need to pay her for that! She missed red flags on my results that I saw and brought to her attention so that's concerning. In addition, the nurse recorded my vital stats incorrectly which was careless. I have spoken to my friends and they do not have confidence in selecting Dr. Anita Mannancheril as their doctor either so we will all be changing doctors asap.

I saw Dr. Anita Mannancheril for my annual. The entire appointment from start to finish was a disaster. First off, the nurse recorded my vital stats incorrectly which was careless. She went through the motions rushed and exhibited lack of attention. Post test, Dr. Anita Mannancheril failed to speak to me about any of the areas that was a cause for concern. She only touched upon my problems I had already brought to her attention. I spoke with friends that echo the same experiences and we will all be changing doctors.

Dr. Anita Mannancheril did not go over my results with me thoroughly. She missed a lot of alerts that I saw on the reports that most doctors would not have missed if they looked at the results. I felt like she was careless and overlooked my tests like i wasn't important enough to spend the time with. My coworkers have had similar experiences and have recently switched doctors. I will be doing the same. They found another Doctor they trust completely with their health without doubts.
