Dr Kaden’s personality is flat. He does not engage in anything. I had concerns about vision and wanted to discuss and he was brisk and basically had nothing to discuss or answer. Just here is the Rx. Having just gotten two glasses made a couple of months ago, it was worthy of a discussion. He did not suggest options or how the plan would change over time as I was told elsewhere. He may be smart, a great surgeon (I do not know personally), but he is one of the only doctors and I see many, who made a visit very socially uncomfortable. His staff was on checkout somewhat rude. If he refracts your eyes and you wear glasses and co facts you will be billed for a contact lens exam however he does not examine your eyes with the contacts nor change the type of contacts or the fitting. Just the prescription. When I had a question which I asked politely, on checkout, the woman told me he wrote an Rx and that would t be covered. I already knew about refraction not being paid. I paid but Ove never in my 35 years of co facts had to pay for a contact lens exam to get the Rx for the strength change. The wait was 45 min. This doesn’t bother me. Doctors have hard days and serve patients all day and many days it’s bound to run late because patients are slower, don’t know their meds, or just have an eye issue that takes longer than planned. However his personality was so overtly flat, k have to wonder if he had a death or something really bothering him. However I see here that others share in this. I have called this office in the past to try to be seen for a foreign object in eye before I was his patient and always was told no, and was told to call my primary. I’m Not sure if I would go back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
