Dr. Freiheiter is simply the best doctor that my family has ever had. He has diagnosed medical issues that other doctors did not catch, provided comprehensive treatment choices and made himself available to answer questions and concerns. His office staff is also very helpful (even when they are very busy). So, in summary, great doctor, wonderful office staff and high quality health care!

Dr. John Freiheiter is hands down one of the best Pediatricians I have ever encountered. He is also double board certified and sees our entire family. We have been going to Dr. John for 15+ years now. Forget how savvy he is education wise, this is a doctor that truly has the most amazing core values and one of the biggest hearts I have ever seen in any doctor. When I was diagnosed with Stage IV b breast cancer, Dr. John and his awesome wife Sue, who is also an RN by the way, were so instrumental in sitting us down and walking us through each part of the journey I was about to embark on. He cared for my entire family and checked in from time to time throughout my whole cancer party. He genuinely cares about the well being of my entire family, and quite frankly his care goes beyond just my family. This review for Dr. John deserves 10 stars as he is truly a remarkable man, physician, and friend to our family. If you are looking for the perfect doctor, look no further, Dr. John is the man.

Dr. Freiheiter was my pediatrician as a child and have known him for 20 years, now he is my daughter’s pediatrician. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her care more than I do him. Incredible doctor and person!

Dr Freiheiter is a thorough, conscientious and caring doctor. He has cared for me and my family for almost twenty years and I can highly recommend him.

I know this is COVID, but just moved to area. Called to become a new patient and schedule an appt. As part of that need to transfer medical records. Front desk (Robin) explained they do not have medical release forms to send out to transfer medical records and ask my current Pediatrician. I do that. Current Pediatrics explains they only do Medical release forms for incoming Medical records no out going. Call Front Desk(Robin) to explain this. She said she will give them a call for me to explain what they need to do. I call current Pediatrician back and was explain how she was rude and by law they do no provide medical release forms for other doctor's office to receive their medical records. Front Desk(Robin) also explained to me they don't provide medical release forms. They called back to reschedule the appt already the same day, and I went ahead and explained I am just going to cancel because I wont be able to transfer my medical records. Aside form that Front Desk(Robin) also explained I need to contact my Insurance to find out if they take their clinic/doctor. I said I did that and that the insurance company says we need to call the doctor to verify that they still currently take our insurance. I explained this to Front Desk(Robin) and finally said we do take your insurance, just cant not verify if that they will take our claims. In a nut shell I never heard of a doctor's office operating this way at all, ever in my life. I only tried to get appointment based on reviews and it was the first to pop up on my insurance providers site for Pediatricians. Unfortunately, I will not be able to experience how wonderful this doctor sounds. 11.3.2020

So I just moved in to the area with 3 kids and someone suggested this Dr to me. I was a little put off before the first appointment because I called and asked that the new patient forms be sent to me by email but was told they didn’t have an email (which I found very strange) and I had to come in to get them or send a return envelope to them if I needed it posted out to me. I took my kids in for initial appt/physical and there was a little wait time BUT OMG, the service I received from the Dr and nurse who attended to us erased every doubt I had about them. I’ve lived in so many places ( USA and UK) and can honestly say Dr F is the loveliest and most wonderful Dr I have met. He took his time to explain everything, he is so friendly and warm, he made my kids laugh (which they never do when at the drs), he is so down to earth and his bedside manners are just great. Above all he is so knowledgeable. My husband and I were so impressed.
