Dr. Freiheiter is simply the best doctor that my family has ever had. He has diagnosed medical issues that other doctors did not catch, provided comprehensive treatment choices and made himself available to answer questions and concerns. His office staff is also very helpful (even when they are very busy). So, in summary, great doctor, wonderful office staff and high quality health care!

Was an ok office when I started taking my new born to them, but by time they started to change. Their wait times are horrible now took my son who is 17 months old because he has been coughing for 5 days told us the appointment is at 2pm were there on time, they left me in the room with the baby crying hysterically because he is not feeling well for over 40 mins and when I walked out to ask when he is going to be seen by the Dr. They said he has an emergency with a patient though I can hear him talking in the next room and everything sounds ok with that other patient, they said he has to finish with that patient he is seeing and then see another patient and then come see my son!! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! And when asked to get my son’s records cause I’ll see a different pediatrician I was told they charge $1 per page of record! And the total is $60 that I have to pay to have them send my son’s records to a new pediatrician! Completely illegal practices

Dr. Freiheiter was my pediatrician as a child and have known him for 20 years, now he is my daughter’s pediatrician. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her care more than I do him. Incredible doctor and person!
