Doc good, office horrible.

Staff forgot to put my elderly mothers appointment in the schedule. Was told sorry nothing we can do On top of that, she suffers from onset dementia and called Dr Liloia over the phone a week ago and demanded cardiac medication, which the doctor called in to the pharmacy with zero questions, and not examining her prior to prescribing it. Sounds like vicarious liability to me...

Dr. Liloia responded to my phone call very quickly and was able to let me know the results of tests I had done the same day! I truly appreciated his care!! He is extremely friendly and a very good doctor.

Sent a request form to authorize this office to request my medical records from another office approx. 4 weeks ago. When I called to make an appt. they informed me that they have no records in my name. I was also put on hold several times and had to re-call to get some answers. So, I cancelled, guess they lack the time to be effecient. Will try another physician.

Dr. Liloia is great when you can get to see him. Have had troubles getting prescriptions through to pharmacy though. Had to call back and on call doctor called them in. If you need immediate medical care this is not the office for that. They hardly ever have a same day appointment, or even same week.
