Randolph Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

The best pediatrician and office staff in the world. Dr. Ciufalo takes the time to really know each child/patient personally. I have 3 children and she has been seeing them all since my oldest was a newborn and she provides you wth nothing but comfort, care and exceptional medical treatment. I attribute her for saving my middle one's life; she even called every day we were in the hospital to check in on her. Truly amazing, wish I had better words to describe how incredible Dr. Ciufalo and her staff are.

Young girl receptionist wouldn’t accept new patients and she just Denies the service without working for a solution; she has no idea what she is doing ; sounds like she is just reading a script…wouldn’t even bother to call if you are not an established patient already.

Not a person who leaves reviews but felt the need to share my experience because of how upsetting it was. I am pregnant with our first son, due at the end of the month and was looking to set up meet and greets and choose a provider. I thought I had a meet and greet set up with this provider but when my husband and I got there, we were not on the schedule. The reception staff made us feel very uncomfortable and put all the blame on us. From there, the next appointment they could make was a week and a half later. A few hours later I got a call from the office, I thought the call was going to entail putting what had occurred in the office behind us and moving forward and starting off on a better note. The woman on the phone continued to make it seem like the whole thing was my fault. She then proceeded to say the office was accepting 15 new babies around the time of my due date and then changed her story to say that actually 20 new babies were starting and they would take down my info but they probably couldn’t take my baby on as a new patient. At this point, I obviously told them to forget the whole thing. We told the staff at the office when my due date was, so for her to now all of a sudden remember that they have 20 new babies starting at the practice was weird to me, like they were making the decision for my baby to not be a patient there. As a first time mom being so new to all of this and this being my first experience with a pediatrician office was extremely upsetting to say the least, I cried when we got off the phone.

We are so excited to work with Dr C for our daughter's care! From the minute we met her we felt comfortable and so well cared for. She doesn't rush through anything and answers all our questions no matter how many or how silly! And she's wonderful at putting us at ease. The office staff is so nice and everything is clean and beautiful. We look forward to all of our visits!

This review is from a while back.. i was a child patient when i was lil with doctors Arnold and Manella from the very beginning.. when they where all the way downstairs .. xoxox love them to death .. doctor arnold fi my braces and she was also like my lil counselor .. love their work

Dr. C is the nicest and most patient dr I have ever met. As a first time mom, she makes me feel very comfortable and takes the time at checkups to answer all your questions. The office staff are also very nice and scheduling is so easy.

What can I say about this facility, the staff and Dr Ciufalo?? Awesome!!! I have had all my children seen by Dr. Ciufalo for about 9 years now and I have been shown nothing more than professionalism, compassion and accommodating sick visits. Great lactation nurse consultant for all the new moms out there. If you are looking for a pediatrician Dr. Ciufalo is it!

Dr. Ciufalo is just amazing. She takes her time and really listens and cares. She’s very knowledgeable and always has the best advice. My daughter loves her and I feel so comfortable calling the office with questions or concerns.

Having grown up with a physician as a father, I can tell you that my standards for a pediatrician for my own newborn son were high (...perhaps ridiculously so). Dr. Ciufalo has exceeded those standards, and I cannot properly express how grateful I am to have found her. She is caring, thoughtful, and thorough; she is simultaneously knowledgeable AND glad to refer out to a specialist as needed (--all of the specialists she has mentioned to us have been equally exceptional). Raising a human is no joke - especially in the newborn stage - and I am comforted every day knowing my son is under the care of someone as wonderful as Dr. C. *Also, the whole team at Randolph Pediatrics are all amazingly helpful and kind!
