Wrong diagnosis. Second opinion, tests gave right diagnosis.
While Dr Finkel may be a great doctor his office staff are the worst. They do not have any customer service at all. Nasty on the phone and very difficult to work with.
THis dr. was called in by an association of other doctors as my condition was complex. He was remote, detached, arrogant and somewhat disinterested in me as a woman and sick patient. Heis visit lasted less than 5 minutes; I never received a report or diagnosis from him....
Needs a refresher on bedside manner.
Dr Finkel has been my doctor for 12 years and has always been there for me. He is a professional and caring doctor who is a good listener.
He spent my first visit showing me pictures of various masks and equipment for a cPap. I had said the mask I use is just fine, it was NOT the problem. He began the 2nd visit showing me the same pictures. Then he suggested I bring my machine in for the next visit. I told him that he had instructed me to bring it THAT visit. He argued and then looked in his notes, and saw that he indeed did. 2 wasted visits. I didn't go back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
