Dr Susan Palmer is kind and big heart doctor! She always take her time to listen your problems and she has healing hands. Also the office staffs are fantastic, when they promise that they call you back, they will.

Dr Palmer is nothing short of Amazing. I life saver. I came back maybe 3 years after i've seen her to leave a review, thats how much of a great impression she's left on me. She listens, she cares, she is not afraid to admit what she does not know about and give excellent referrals. She's empathetic, compassionate, yet no nonsense at the same time. She exemplifies the type of doctor a woman should have. I know this because after relocating I found another great doctor and I'm all like " you remind me of my doctor back home". Thanks for great service!

Dr. Palmer is wonderful. She doesn't have that massive ego that some providers do, where they are dismissive because you don't hold the same degree as them. She listens to your concerns, includes you in your treatment, and really seems to care for her Pt's and their overall well-being. Only taking off 1 star because wait times can be a little long, but that's seems to be related to the amount of time she spends with each Pt.

Just know that DR.SUSAN PALMER is your go to DOCTOR , PERIOD ! SHE LISTENS TO YOU & WON'T JUDGED YOU !!!! SHE ACTUALLY PUTS HERSELF IN YOUR SHOES AND TRIES TO HELP YOU LIKE YOU'RE FAMILY !!!!!! LOVE HER ❤️

My daughter was a new patient with Dr Palmer. She filled out all the necessary forms on line and we went to the office. Receptionist literally said, you had a 9:15 appointment and it is now 9:18 so you have to reschedule. Could hardly believe what I heard. She then said for new patient you need to be here 15 minutes early for paperwork. We then told her we submitted all the paperwork on line as requested. She just said we can’t take you because you’re late. 3 minutes mind you and she offered no sympathy or empathy and nothing with respect to flexibility. I’ve never experienced such an inflexible Dr office and for a new patient no less. I told me daughter if this is how new patients are treated I can’t imagine how seasoned patients are treated. Would not recommend at all.

I usually would never leave bad reviews ever, but I felt it was time for me to do so to warn patients NOT to attend to this location. Great doctors, a lot of respect to them HOWEVER, HORRIBLE STAFF....I literally have shortness of breath as we speak (that was the reason for my visit) have difficulty breathing AS WE SPEAK and they did not want to take me despite the fact I had an appointment! Just horrible, PATIENTS BE AWARE!.

Dr. Susan Palmer is excellent she explains everything thoroughly and takes her time with the patient to make sure all his needs are met. I thank God she is my dads primary care and the staff is excellent as well.
