I am getting a new doctor. She never addresses my complaint with any seriousness. Just gives an overall, "I dont care" vybe. She knows nothing about me or my family history. Has no waiting room, makes you stand outside. Worst, I just don't feel she cares. Won't listen or even entertain any possible suggestions. Am given advice like "Keep doing what your doing", "Take heavy doses of OTC drugs it helps" (Said nobody ever). I am an no way seeking any narcotics, I made that clear, as did she that she won't give them. She wont hear mental health issues either. I have extensive medical knowledge of my own, and she is very antiquated in her thinking and clearly has limited knowledge of pharmaceuticals, what's dangerous and what is not anymore. I wonder when the last time was she read anything from the turn of the century. Name anyone who wants to hear "Take OTC pain relievers" from your doctor. If that worked, I wouldn't even be there.

Came to see me at the hospital without me calling her. Charged me for the her visit. When I questioned her over the phone she hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM HER! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Absolute trash of a person. My mom comes here and this Gita Patel woman upcharges for every single thing. She threatened to send my mother to collection for a non approved visit AND sent the bill to my parents. Gita I know you're reading this, you best cancel that invoice because 1. that's insurance fraud. 2. You were not approved to visit my mother. 3. This is an attorney general visit which could cause you to lose your license. Good luck to your business. Expect a call from our attorney. Update : my mother changed her doctor only for her to send us a bill out of spite charging her for a couple of phone calls that she made to the pharmacy. Mind you this is part of her job to call pharmacy for medication like any other doctor! She charges her patients for those calls!

This doctor is the absolute worst doctor! She charged my mom so many times for TELEPHONE SERVICES. She charges her patients just talking to them on the phone! What kind of doctor does that! She doesn’t care about her patients at all, all she cares about is getting money and how to scam people! You are the worst doctor in the world Gita Patel! I am so glad my mom does not go to you anymore!!

Dr. Gita Patel is the very helpful, i don't have an insurance and she knows i cannot afford to pay. She always give me a discount. Also the receptionist is very helpful. I love my doctor.

What a cheap as doctor. I went in there sat in the checkup room which was right in front of the doctors office she saw us coming in and sit down, still she took 40 min to come see me while i saw her sitting at her desk doing nothing. It wasn’t even that she was busy the lobby was fully empty and no patients in the room. What a doctor.
