I am a slightly older patient who went to see Dr. Concepcion for my annual and I had the same experience as the previous review! Tried to ask her about a few things about my health that have been bothering me and she was incredibly dismissive and did not listen. When I tried to bring up mental health she said she didn’t have time to discuss “all of that” and said she had to take another patient (but again the office was not crowded at all). Definitely recommend seeing someone else if you are looking for a doctor who will listen and have empathy for you or your child’s needs.

Talked to Dr Concepcion while she was on duty at Somerset Pediatric Group. I told her vaseline caused my baby severe eczema, she still recommended similar stuff. I asked her why, and she said - you are asking my opinion right? You better listen to me... or take your baby during normal business hours. She does not have clear opinion, and is extremely unhelpful. Not a qualified doctor!

My daughter struggling to breathe past 2 days, went to ER. Dr. Concepcion was clearly rushed. There was only one other patient in the office, so I'm not sure what the issue was. My daughter was coughing up a lung. Hearing her cough, she actually asked me if this is how she normally sounds! After describing the issues, Dr. C said this appointment isn't set up for deeper questions. She was only prepared to make sure my daughter was stable. Seriously?! I had questions. The doctor had ZERO patience

Dr Concepcion is the pediatrician for both of my daughters, ages 5 and 1 year old. She is always very caring and warm toward my children and VERY perceptive regarding their conditions. After she noticed a heart murmur in my 1 year old as an infant, I had my daughter checked out and was told that it was soooo slight that they were surprised that it was even recognized. I completely trust her with the health care of my children and would absolutely refer a friend.
