We have been patients of Dr Hirschs since we moved here 30 years ago and would never go anywhere else for our family’s care with asthma respiratory issues and allergy treatment! Professional friendly and warm staff!

I've been an asthma patient of A&A for over 30 years. Great office staff and Dr. Hirsch is terrific. After living my entire life in NJ, we moved to DE during COVID and A&A makes it very easy with virtual visits and care. And when I'm in NJ, I do a live visit every year or so. Dr. Hirsch has helped me with my allergies, sinus and asthma decades for years. Five stars!

I had a poor experience with the office receptionists. They allowed some who is not myself to schedule an appointment on my behalf. The problem here is that they charge a $75 no-show fee for missed appointments. Had I not checked my voicemail, I wouldn't have had awareness of this policy, nor would I have accepted it. If this office wants to charge people for skipping appointments, then it needs to be sure that it is scheduling with the actual patient. I was yelled at for suggesting how ludicrous this is to the receptionist, like she took that personally for some reason. Very scammy attitude. Learn to accomodate your patients.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our son has received from Dr. Hirsch and his staff. Dr. Hirsch’s calm demeanor, excellent bedside manor, and quick response to our questions and concerns about food allergies and asthma has been a blessing! They go above and beyond for their patients! We are super excited to be in the Palforzia oral peanut allergy treatment with Dr. Hirsch.

OUTSTANDING ALLERGIST !!! I am an MD in NY and was having uncontrolled allergies and difficulty breathing. Two visits to Dr Hirsch and I am cured! Would travel 500 miles to see him if I had to. AND will only send my patients to him when they are suffering with allergies and asthma. Great bedside manner and outstanding clinician

Dr. Hirsch and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Hirsch is the kindest most sincere Doctor I have ever been too. I am always referring my friends and family to his office. His nurse Nancy makes getting my allergy shots a pleasure! I cannot highly recommended them enough!
