Dr. Hirsch tells me me I eat a lot when I really don’t even after my husband tells him I don’t. He has terrible bedside manners and doesn’t listen to you.

The kindest most caring doctor. Spends time, explains everything, always calls you back. Very well run office. Highly recommend.

I was so unimpressed with Dr Hirsch. He said "I don't know why you think you have a problem, you sound fine over the phone" he made follow up and testing unattainable and if I wanted help I would need to just through hoops to get help. That appointment was after 2 ER visits in 2 months. He refused to even think of helping me until I started crying. He over the phone said I don't have asthma and if a test came back positive he would find a way to cancel the diagnosis. He told me not to take albuterol because albuterol only works on asthma ( but it works on me so go figure)...he also said he would schedule me for an in person appointment. That was almost 2 years ago and 11 ER visits later. Some involving an ambulance. So I was surprised to see he had 5 star ratings from everyone else.

I have easily been to a dozen allergists in the past 35 years, never getting any relief. Yet, in one visit to Dr. Hirsch, he correctly diagnosed the issue. And the medication he put me on has almost completely eliminated my chronic cough and nasal pain. I highly recommend Dr. Hirsch.

I am not very happy with my experience. I have had three instances that were very unpleasant over the past 1.5 years. I requested them to complete paperwork, it took them over a month to send it completed (it was sent incomplete several times missing signatures, dates, and answers to questions). When I asked to speak with the manager she was very rude and continued to make excuses and false claims that it was sent. I also have been denied to be seen for allergies as they "will not see sick patients"; I was given a tele health appointment in which they obviously could not check my lungs, when asked about this they informed me I would probably be asked to get an xray... so more money out of my pocket for what reason exactly? My biggest issue is with the front staff, I worked in a doctor office for several years and recognized that i was working with patients that have elevated stress levels and did my best to never become combative. The second issue is that they always need to be right... which is bad customer service. A few staff were good though Dr. Spreitzer and Ziegler are amazing... they are the only reason I stayed as long as I did!

Dr. Hirsch saw me on very short notice. He diagnosed me correctly, but I refused to listen to him. Even so, he was helpful and patient with me. He vigorously endorsed his views on how to interpret the symptoms I was experiencing. It was only my stubbornness that prevented me from taking his advice. One week later, I went to the emergency department with worsening conditions, only to find out he had been right all along and I should have listened to him. I sent him an apology. This doctor is very good!

Great experience! Doctor Hirsch took time to answer all my questions and determine my allergies and the source of my asthma. Staff was so friendly. Highly recommend!

Best Doctor ever, he is very caring and takes his time to listen. He has been my Doctor for over 10 years and feel so grateful that I ended up being his patient.

Such an amazing Doctor! Caring, compassionate and has been treating me for several years! There is no one else like Dr. Hirsch! I have so much trust in him and his staff!

Best asthma and allergy doctor! Always super helpful and always answers the phone if you have an emergency. Don’t know what I would do without him! Highly recommend!
