I never had a more personal and caring doctor. He truly cares for his patients and you really feel it. When you are in a lot of pain you need someone who has empathy and really does all he can to help you. He is a sports doctor who is an expert in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders. He lays out what your options are and what the consequences of a treatment could be. I am a caregiver without daily help. I have a very bad shoulder that surgery would need a careful, long recovery. Being a solo caregiver it is not really possible. He allows me to make the decision but not before he gives all the facts first. I decided to hold off surgery and he has been so supportive and works with me to help handle my pain. I trust him completely. He is young but has an old soul. He is like the doctors of the past. He doesn?t rush you. He takes the time to make sure he listens and communicates every detail you need to know and answers every question. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Dr. Navasartian was always extremely professional, knowledgable, never rushed the visit,answered all questions,with detailed explanations, and recommendations,most significantly, he is by far the most dedicated Doctor, and returns calls asap, extremely supportive during entire process..Highly recommend this doctor!

Dr. Navarsatian couldn't demonstrate more knowledge, support and understanding than he did everytime I needed him. He has all the essential qualities as a doctor and as a person to make patients feel reassured and cared for...amazing!!

I have never met a doctor as caring, concerned and compassionate as Dr. Doug! I am a senior, and not once has he made me feel anything but safe in his hands! I had a very difficult rotater cuff restoration- and he took the time to explain all the pros and cons- and I had complete confidence in him immediately! He is "DR. AWESOME" in my book, and I highly recommend him for any orthopedic problems!!

I had been suffering with pain for months, going from doctor to doctor to find some relief, and getting none. Doctor Navasartian found the problem and treated it quickly. He is so caring and sincere, his compassion is unlike any other doctor I have ever been to. I wish every doctor had his bedside manners!

Dr Navasartian did my rotator cuff surgery in May 2021 in Carthage Illinois. I had several full thickness tears in most all my tendons had six anchors two of them to be larger because of soft bones the doctor explained to me front to back on what to expect from my surgery I was completely confident that he was going to give 100% of himself if not more . I have never had a doctor that can compare to him, The passion that he shows for his work and patience is unbelievable. He was there every step of the way with my physical therapy. I highly recommend him he's the greatest. I can't say enough good things about him you won't be disappointed.
