Dr. Griffith and her staff are AMAZING! I used a different plastic surgeon after my double mastectomy and had a totally different experience. Dr. Griffith is the most dedicated surgeon I have ever known. After she completed my DEIP Flap reconstruction, she stayed with me until after midnight to make sure everything was ok. Her DIEP team is wonderful. The day after my surgery, she came to see me four times, three of her PAs came and her NP came. Dr Griffith is so compassionate and caring, everything a doctor should be. Sometimes you do wait longer in her office because she may have had an emergency or is giving someone the same attention she will give to you. I am so thrilled I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Griffith perform my breast reconstruction.

I called to make an appointment for my daughter as a new patient and the receptionist was so rude and nasty!! I wouldn't recommend this office if it was the last one standing!!

I'm so blessed to be doctor Griffith's patient. She and her staff care about me and that makes me meaningful. Thank you so much.

I am in the middle of my reconstruction with Dr. Griffith and couldn't be happier with the experience I have had so far. Her and her amazing staff are truly wonderful and I feel so very grateful for each of them!

Dr. Griffith is one of a kind. She is attentive, thorough, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. She made me feel completely at ease during each visit. Her entire office staff is equally as kind and compassionate. I couldn’t imagine going to any other surgeon and I will be forever grateful for their care.

Called 4 months in advance to schedule surgery. Was assured with the appt given I could have surgery beg of nov. recd call about another $100 consult that had to be cash and they would submit to insurance. When I went for appt they were “too busy” had nothing available as promised even though THEY scheduled me 4 months earlier. Tina was rude . Just got a letter they want additional $12 that my insurance paid me. They should be refunding me not asking for more. If this is how they treat patients don’t want to surgery there !

After having blood clots in my lungs during my chemo I was deemed unable for reconstructive surgery then I had an infection in the expander of the affected side that had to be removed I excepted the fact that I couldn’t have a full reconstruction but I did expect it to work even and symmetrical Dr. Griffin’s bedside manner was wonderful and all the way up until the end She was easy to talk to on my last visit postoperatively I said I wasn’t happy with how my breast area looked she ignored me it’s not symmetrical it’s an absolute mess I have outpouching areas where it should be smooth on a scale of 1 to 10 I’d give her a one

I can not begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. Griffith is. Yes, the wait times are long (I brought a book). When you are a cancer patient going through one of the worst periods of you life, you have a lot of questions. Dr. Griffith never rushed you out of her office because she was behind schedule. While this is a minor inconvenience to those waiting, I am sure Dr. Griffiths days ended up being so much longer. She does not get paid extra for taking the extra time. She is there for her patients. The entire staff is warm and friendly. I can not say enough about my experience. She took the worse moments of my life and made everything ok.

Dr Griffith did my paniculectomy, tummy tuck and reduction. Her staff took care of all the insurance stuff which was awesome! She is so kind and she did an amazing job. I love my results! Love her! Donna T

The Wait time in the office is horrible, I have waited 3 hours and have been told go get lunch than come back she will be ready, HA I have come back and still waited!!! I had a double mastectomy when she put my expanders in I never felt that they where put in right. I would complain about the placement but she assured me that when she did the implants it would be fine. After when my implants where put in my right one was bigger than the left side and it fell into my arm pit, when I went back to see her the first time she said they look good wait for the swelling to go down, I was upset and she said she can transfer fat in to bring the size up, but we still would have to wait for the swelling, after the swelling my right side was so much bigger than the left by two cup sizes. And the right one bottom out from what they call it that’s why it was going into my armpit the stitch must not have held up, Than after that I never could get her I always just saw her nurses in the office, and that’s after waiting about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, so at that point I just stopped going back, I found a new wonderful Doctor who actually treated me with RESPECT! Having cancer is a very difficult time in a persons life and being treated with some bed side manners is something a patient looks for, not to sit in someone office for hours on end and to be pushed out the door like a number, and the funny thing is at first I absolutely loved her for she was kind and caring and made me feel like she was in this fight with me. But at some point it all changed and I became a number, And her Nurse Tina Good God just Get Rid of her I have no use for her at all!! So just beware!
