Rowe Plastic Surgery required me to pay $350 up front for an appointment on August 19, 2025. At no time was I told about any cancellation or no-show fee. When I could not attend and asked to reschedule, they suddenly claimed a "no-show policy," kept my $350, and demanded another $350 to rebook -- a total of $700. No written policy was ever shown or provided. Even worse, the person who contacted me, a so-called "coordinator" named Lily S, refused to give her full name. If the business were honest and professional, their staff should have no problem identifying themselves. Hiding names and refusing transparency makes the whole practice look dishonest and untrustworthy. This was my first time dealing with them, and I feel completely misled and exploited. Very unprofessional behavior -- I strongly warn others to avoid this clinic.

i saw dr rowe in his palm beach office and was charged $20,000 for botox and filler. they "got" me because i already had the numbing cream on and was completely taken aback. i do ask it there was an extra zero on the bill and was informed that because, he himself did it, he charges more. i have never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life. there was no follow up appt and there were no follow up calls. and i bruised prettt badly. please let me know that this is not standard pricing procedure in palm beach. he will price himself right out of town with costs like these. we might be an affluent community but that does not excuse someone taking advantage

Amazing results!!! Dr. Rowe is amazing! Their team is so passionate about their work, and their goal is to make you feel beautiful and look your best! I highly recommend this office! I did my lips and it looks so natural! Will definitely come soon for other skin treatments! I have seen some amazing results from my friends from other procedures! Everyone is so thrilled with their results!I am very happy, and I think that feeling beautiful is empowering and it is important for any woman to feel and look your best! 5 stars!

I had a breast reduction procedure with Dr Rowe in May of 2021 and it truly was a life changer! I am so grateful I finally took the leap and found Dr Rowe and his wonderful staff of nurses and administrators. The process can be a long and sometimes stressful one with insurance approvals, paperwork and doctor referrals, surgery, recovery and healing but the staff at Dr Rowe's office was so incredible and the surgery itself was smooth and quick, and I felt supported and cared for each step of the way. My back pain is gone and I am feeling so much more proportional, confident and at ease with my new size and shape. THANK YOU to Dr Rowe and staff, and highly recommend giving them a call to chat through your questions if you've been considering this life-changing procedure.
