Although the staff was great and the wait was short, I felt the doctor was too quick. I saw him for about a minute. I thought he was coming back because I had some questions and had to ask the assistant who couldn’t answer them. He was already with another patient! I understand time is precious for doctors and respect that so hoping my next appointment is better.

My experience with Dr. Husain was one of full confidence. I had my doubts about having back surgery, but when I was left with no choice I put my trust in Dr. Husain and my life feels normal again.

I have had back issues for 30 years. Chiropractic and PT only gave me so much relief. Once I began having left leg nerve issues, Dr. Husain decided it was time for surgery. We booked it a week out, Dec 20,2022. He preformed a Lumbar Laminectomy on the 3 herniations. He was at Riverview when I was discharged on Dec 22 and said if I followed the PT schedule I could golf in 3 months. I am golfing again, and every swing I wait for the pain I've had for 30 years, and there is none! I highly recommend Dr. Husain!

Dr. Husain is an extremely knowledgeable, calm and caring surgeon. He is very informative and always answered questions before I could even ask them. After years of PT & injections to treat herniated discs/lower back pain, I saw Dr. Husain and we decided minimally invasive surgery was the best option for me. He performed a microdiscectomy L4-5. I am 3 months post-op and my pain is gone. I can't remember the last time I felt this good. I would highly recommend Dr. Husain to everyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Husain had given me the answers that were needed on the condition of my spine that TN ortho Drs had not given, whether asked or not. I will continue to use his practice if and when I need more guidance for my condition.

Dr. Hussein was informative, polite, professional, and helpful. He listened, did not condescend, had a friendly demeanor, and clearly considered the impact of financial burden in his care. I wish every doctor experience was this positive.

He could see from my X-ray that there’s pressure on the hardware in my back & immediately ordered a MRI. He also had to deal w/my crying & screaming in pain & I give him alot of credit for dealing w/that. I’m sure I’m by the -at but I wanted to thank him. Best part is he had a plan based on MRI findings. Several drs are just dumbfounded & have no clue. I’m trying to get transport to get me to the MRI & back so it hasn’t been scheduled yet. I will notify you once it’s scheduled. I do hope I get a survey from Riverview because they were beyond nasty & rude. I fell at home, face is bruised & swollen. They never checked it. I had to ask if my face was swollen cuz I could see a bulge when I looked down. They were also told by the ambulance guy that I have burns & blisters on my skin from Icy Hot. They never checked. They basically discharged me as I was being brought in. I told them I need MRI & they refused saying they don’t do them in the ER, which is complete bs. I Can write so much more; this was Riverview but I’ll wait for a survey. Thank you
