Theresa A. Paladino's Online Review Report Card

Every experience with this doctor has been awful. She is my least favorite doctor in this entire practice. She has zero rapport with toddlers and always keeps us waiting for nearly 30 minutes regardless of being the only patient in the office. The last visit she insinuated that my 4 year old son had a an emotional/developmental problem because he said that he didn’t want a shot and said that he wanted to go home instead. When he happily said “Byeee Doctor!!!” She asked why he was speaking in a sing song tone and if he could pronounce words normally even though he had been a chatter box answering her questions all visit. Awful!

Poor bedside manner- quick to send you to the hospital w no real reason. She misdiagnosed my child, became completely unresponsive to calls and last minute tried to have her admitted to the hospital most likely to cover her poor conduct. Awful experience! Do not trust w your children!

Joined the practice after my daughter was born and saw Dr. Paladino for her newborn checkups. I found her to be calm, helpful and knowledgeable. The nurse was very friendly, and I liked how Dr. Paladino examined her and then we went to her office to discuss her exam and she provided a written summary for us. I use the Wall office, which is very personal and easy due to its proximity to my home. I love that if there is an issue on weekends I can go up to Red Bank, which is an easy drive.

My daughter sees Dr. Paladino at the Wall office - I find her to be calm, helpful, and thorough. My husband and I like how she examined our daughter, then took us to her office for discussion where she provided us with a written summary of the exam, her measurements, as well as what to look out for/when to call. The Wall office was very pleasant, easy to schedule an appt with and I love that the Red Bank office is available for sick visits on weekends should we need.

Dr. Paladino twice misdiagnosed my daughter. Both times she hurried me out of the office and told me 'she has a cold.' While I appreciate that she (all group physicians) are not quick to shove a prescription in the children, she did miss bronchitis the first time and an ear infection the second time. In fact, after the ear infection was diagnosed, I had to return to the office a third time and was rushed to imaging to get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia. The office staff in Red Bank are horrendous. Rude, disrespectful and just plain mean. I was told by the 'billing clerk' that no one would talk to me about my dissatisfaction with Dr. Paladino and the overall treatment from the staff. N.J. State Board of Pediatrics is getting a complaint letter.
