Dr. CRISCITIELLO has repaired 3 compression fractures for me over the last couple of years. I haven't had any trouble with these surgeries. He's absolutely the best and the only doctor I would trust.

Dr. C is a patient listener, a doctor who asks questions before jumping to solution. He explains himself well and is neither knife-happy or "let's take meds" happy. Very good people skills, including a nice sense of humor when necessary.

Dr. Criscitiello is a wonderful doctor. Every time I've seen him, he's been extremely kind, took his time, explained everything to me and went out of his way to help me. His nurses and radiology technician were very kind as well. I took one star off because his front desk staff are absolutely ridiculous. They're incredibly rude, ignore you, don't even smile when you walk up to them and say hi and smile, no greeting whatsoever, treat you like you're inconveniencing them and take calls as you're standing there in front of them without a word. You're dealing with people who are in severe pain, and the last thing we need is to be treated so poorly by receptionists. It's sad because it's a great office, but I'm sure they're driving people away. They never answer the phones either. I hope management addresses this issue. I literally had to hobble back into the building because the pharmacy needed to get in touch with them and they wouldn't answer the phone. Completely unacceptable. Please fix this issue. Also I would avoid Dr. Terranova. I saw her once and she was very rude and condescending. Didn't help me at all.
