Have he ever dealt with DiPG?

Dr. Anderson and his entire staff are absolutely great! My son had head surgery and his staff took care of everything. I cannot say enough about them. Compassionate, great communication, warm, supportive, and so much more! So if you need a neurologist please go see him! You will absolutely love him and everyone who works with!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Anderson. He is highly educated, participates in studies and ongoing education, has a tremendous amount of experience, and has the best bedside manner of any doctor we've ever met! He is calm and encouraging and has a positive demeanor that affects everyone around him (which really helps because if you are in a pediatric neurosurgeon's office, you're probably pretty nervous). He is not in a hurry and gives each patient the time they need. He treats his patients (and their parents) with respect and explains everything about the diagnosis and necessary interventions along the way, including studies that back up his decision-making (which he often has conducted or participated in). Dr. Anderson is a very skilled surgeon and we have been beyond pleased with the surgeries that he has conducted for us as well. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this man as a person, a physician, and a surgeon. If you need a pediatric neurosurgeon, this is the doctor for you.

Hands down, the best doctor and office I have worked with. Dr. Anderson performed surgery on my daughter and from the first consultation I knew that he would be the best surgeon for the job. He has the best bedside manner and always so patient with questions and thorough with explanations. He makes sure you feel comfortable with the procedure and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. As a parent, you want the best for your children and Dr. Anderson is it.

Dr. Anderson and his staff gave us the best outcome that we possibly could have hoped for given the necessity for removal of our son's brain tumor. The compassion, expertise and true professionalism of the entire team made our experience as positive as it could have been. Our family will be forever grateful for the level of care that we received.

De. Anderson is so pleasant to work with. I visited him with my son at the St Joseph location and from the moment we walked in until we left the experience was top notch. Everyone I encounter was extremely helpful especially Ada. She answered all my questions and concerns. She was kind and patient with me. I left there feeling at ease knowing I could trust Dr Anderson and his team.

On October 6th, our lives changed completely. The CT Scan showed some mass in Jewel's head and I was very desperate and was told to get a neuro consultant. I was nervous and found one quickly thank God. Her name was Dr. Shannon Babineau. She also was completely nice and warm. She ordered an MRI for Jewel and after the MRI we saw a tumor in Jewel's brain. She referred us to a neurosurgeon, Richard Anderson. I couldn't ask for a better neurosurgeon. He was so patient and caring for my child. We don't have any ill words for him and I called to book an appointment and met a wonderful woman named Ada. She gave me an appointment the next day and we showed up very fast. When we met with Dr. Anderson we could not believe how nice he was, he explained everything too. We had the surgery very fast too, he cut the scalp very clean and nice. He knows exactly what he's doing. You don't need a second opinion when dealing with Dr. Anderson. Completely sent from above.

Dr. Anderson and his entire team were fantastic, from start to finish. I couldn't recommend a more kind and caring doctor. Ada and Lori in the office were just fantastic as well. Their kindness and concern for our baby and family was truly genuine. I would highly recommend working with Dr. Anderson and his team.
