They constantly force you in for unnecessary appointments so they can bill your insurance and charge you a copay. Will be filing a complaint with the state of New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance

I've been going to Doctors all my life...I am 61 years old. She is the first doctor that I have ever seen that never touched me...she never examined me, never looked in my ears, never listened to my heard, didn't listen to my lungs...all she did is give me prescriptions for my heart medication, my diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc... Very very strange....????

Extremely rude! I didn't even bother asking her medical questions when I saw what I was dealing with. She was an unfortunate replacement for an amazing doctor who had to cancel. Will make sure to never see her again!

Dr. AUGUST is a great doctor. Very professional and friendly. Her staff on the other hand are extremely rude. I just received a call from one of her staff employees calling me and disrespectfully tell me off. I was in the off on Monday and I waited 30 mins for referrals that were supposed to be done the week before. The staff had an entire room filled with patients and yet they sat behind the front desk gossiand about patients. They intercept my calls to the office manager.

I saw a NP: Wait time about an hour. I felt like I had to open my exam room door just in case they forgot I was there. Reception staff cold, generally give one word responses and I don't knows Only returned for location convenience- was told over the phone to come in with script, waited only to be told to find a specialist when I approached the front desk for update. Recommended if you have tons of free time to wait around each visit, want sub par care, and like rude people
