Very unprofessional front desk staff. Yes they may have smiles on their faces but they always have snarky rude comments to make. Examples, I had Covid so I called to cancel my appointment back in December and receptionist says ‘Oh, we have special protocol for that’ and she hung up on my face. Secondly I had to borrow a holter monitor for 1 day which was a Wednesday, supposed to return it on Friday since the office closes on Thursday and I honestly completely forgot until 5pm by that time office was closed. I returned it first thing Monday morning. I received a bill for $150 for 3 days, I only had it for an extra day so it should of been a $50 charge not the $150 for 3 days, I called the office to dispute it and same receptionist with a HUGE attitude tells me I have to pay for the consequences of my actions since I returned it late, I felt like I was being scolded for a honest mistake. They refused to waive the 2 extra day fees. I come from a family of Dr.s and know for a fact that it is a simple thing to do. I will be sure to let anyone know to definitely not go here.

Great doctor and great staff. Its always good to have happy people helping with my health issues. I really appreciate how EVERYONE (no exceptions) is asked to sanitize their hands before anything else. It's one of the few places outside of my home where I almost feel like I can trust the door knobs... almost. Covid is real y'all!

Dr. Williams is very knowledgable and great at explaining thing is terms a layperson can understand. Combines that knowledge and latest practices with warmth and a great sense of humor. I would recommend Dr. Williams to anyone looking for a cardiologists. Oh, and he has a nice new office too and scheduling is efficient so wait times are very reasonable.

Dr. Williams firstly is a Cardiologist. He is very caring and always gives good advice.

Dr. Williams is one of the best cardiologists in Bergen County. He took care of my husband after he had a heart attack and triple bypass. My husband is not a great patient but because of Dr. Williams expertise, warmth and ability to listen my other half became a better patient :) Dr. Williams never makes you feel rushed. He really hears you and answers all your questions and concerns. I was a patient of Dr. Williams also and have never received better care than I did with him. My husband and I moved to NC and boy, do we miss Dr. Williams. ( Btw, we send a hello and best wishes. ) Carl and Rita Roykovich
