Ive always had a pleasant experience here. The staff is very nice
We saw Dr Tong a adult neurologist. The wait was a bit long other than that she was great. Very nice took her time explaining things to us. Highly recommend
No compassion or empathy. They only care about making a quick buck in this office and giving you medicine you don't need. Any time you tell them that your meds don't work, they won't try another. They up the dose. They cancel appointments 5 minutes after you leave your house. If you actually get an appointment, they are rushed and baseless. There does another $475. Thanks for charging me to check my weight. I could have done that at home.
I have had positive experieneces with this office. The wait time is very minimal, the staff is responsive and have always been friendly to me. Dr. Tong and has definitley helped me over the years and is very quick to respond through the patient portal. However, for the first time ever, I pushed back a little on her because I now have symptoms that are really worrying me. She wanted to prescribe something I have tried multiple times in the past that does not help. She immediately turned into a defensive and whiny little girl. I had never seen her like that before, we always had positive encounters. I will admit I didn't have the greatest attitude (mom being there did not help), but I was not rude in any way. She wouldn't listen to my concerns and kept talking over me, even though I was trying to calm the situation down by telling her she has helped me and I appreciate it. I got up and left because I wasn't going to sit there and let someone yell at me. I went to her because I'm worried and scared. Doctors should try assuring their scared patient not raise their voice at them. Now I know that if I don't sit back and say "yes doctor, ok doctor" it's going to turn into something ugly. I'm not writing this to say no one should ever see her, but please be aware. There might be better doctors in the office.
After reading these reviews I was quite surprised. Dr Tong has been my doctor for almost 5 years. The office is professional. I doubt I've waited longer than 10 minutes. Dr Tong is quite thorough and spends the time to get to know you. The reason for my 4 star is that I find she is quite open to give you additional medications. But some doctors are just medication friendly and others are not. This seems to be the industry in general.
This office is extremely punctual, there is little to no wait time which I absolutely love. As far as my doctor, she is amazing. When I first looked at her reviews I was nervous but I guess what they say is true, people usually only write a negative review. With that being said I had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Tong. She was extremely personable on all occasions, she was beyond knowledgeable in her field, and made me feel 1000% comfortable with her diagnosis. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with chronic migraines, one of the best by far.
I have to say the EMG TEST WAS PROBABLY THE WORST TEST EVER....BUT DR GREWAL AND DR TOUNG ARE EXCELLENT Doctors. I will definitely recommend my freinds and family to use this practice if needed
very fast and efficient. you wont be sitting in the waiting room for hours and hours. It is very busy there but they have figured out how to streamline their patients in and out in a timely manner
Definitely not the best place to go for compassion and empathy. I made an appointment because of pain for months that possibly was nerve. I saw Dr. Shammas. He kept mentioning my headaches and I explained I saw an ENT for them so he kept asking why I was coming to him I was like for my pain not my headaches. I have been having possible nerve pain for months. I have Lupus so he basically passed it off as that. Told me I needed an MRI and he probably had a pinched nerve and people with Lupus can get Meningitis ....what?! But I don't think you have that...he says. Oh and you're on the heavier side (yeah prednisone does that to you) .... go elsewhere.
Excellent staff , doctors are caring knowledgeable, and most important great at what they do

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
