Dr. Anderson, Ada and Laurie are absolutely excellent!! Ada kept in touch with us and helped us schedule surgery for our son and navigate all of the appointments and tests. She was always available. Laurie kept in close touch regarding all of the required pieces to be followed up on for the surgery and chased up all of the results from the tests. Every interaction with them was very pleasant & calming. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. And Dr. Anderson is a really great physician and put us at ease with his bedside manner, incredible knowledge and walking us through the research and methods he recommended for a complex surgery, which support better outcomes. We’ve never felt rushed, all of our questions were answered and the pleasant demeanor of Dr. Anderson and all of his staff was very calming and comforting. He took great care of our son.

This doctor is amazing, but more than just being a leader in his craft, he has a big heart. Our son was diagnosed at birth with a tethered spine. We met him while we were still in the maternity wing. He came into the room with such humility and treated us with respect. Most importantly he treated our baby like a gift from God; not just a patient. We went through surgery and in every step his team and him were fantastic and humane. We were not just another surgery. He is walked us up from the waiting area to see our baby and kept coming to check on all of us throughout his recovery. He is a man that was born to treat children. He is phenomenal. God bless him and his team!

We met Dr. Anderson less than 36 hours after our child was born, who was born with a spinal condition. Dr. Anderson's reputation preceeded him. Right from the start Dr. Anderson was warm and comforting. His knowledge of our son's condition made it clear he is the authority on the topic. His staff is phenomenal and helped us every step of the way to prepare for surgery. When the big day arrived Dr. Anderson and his team performed exactly as they described and healed our child's condition. I highly recommend Neurosurgeons of New Jersey and Dr. Anderson. They truly are life savers.

Dr. Anderson is an excellent surgeon who took care of our child's issue. He, as well as his office staff, are very kind, helpful, and on top of the care for our child. 100% recommend!

Dr. Richard Anderson and Dr. David Konigsberg have gone above and beyond in caring for my son and are truly amazing physicians. My son has scoliosis, and since the age of 13, has been in the care of both of these physicians who have done a wonderful job communicating with us during each visit and giving us the proper advice we need. They really made us feel important by listening to our concerns when making decisions for our son and provided reassurance time after time. My son had a total of 3 surgeries for spine realignment all of which were successful. My son has had an amazing recovery every time and is currently doing so much better. From the front desk staff to the physicians, everyone has been so kind and supportive in my son’s journey through scoliosis repair. I want to highly recommend this facility and these two wonderful and trusting physicians.

My daughter had to have emergency surgery for Hydrocephalus. Dr Anderson and team were professional, quick and effective! I highly recommend.

Having Dr Anderson assist during my surgery to remove an intraspinal hemangioma, was very reassuring to me because of his expertise as spinal specialist. I knew that I was in good hands! Dr Anderson had excellent bed manners, making me feel completely at ease.

Dr. Anderson is amazing. He did a Microdiscetomy on my 17 year old son. The procedure gave my son his quality of life back. Dr. Anderson explained everything, answered all our questions, showed patience and concern. He took his time with us and we never felt rushed. His office staff is always responsive and helpful.

Dr.Anderson is not only professional but the most kind-hearted surgeon with an unbeatable bedside manner. He took his time, listened, and answered every question. From pre-op to post-op Dr. Anderson helped guide us through the entire SDR process. He & his team changed our lives for the better. We will forever be grateful.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Anderson. He is highly educated, participates in studies and ongoing education, has a tremendous amount of experience, and has the best bedside manner of any doctor we've ever met! He is calm and encouraging and has a positive demeanor that affects everyone around him (which really helps because if you are in a pediatric neurosurgeon's office, you're probably pretty nervous). He is not in a hurry and gives each patient the time they need. He treats his patients (and their parents) with respect and explains everything about the diagnosis and necessary interventions along the way, including studies that back up his decision-making (which he often has conducted or participated in). Dr. Anderson is a very skilled surgeon and we have been beyond pleased with the surgeries that he has conducted for us as well. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this man as a person, a physician, and a surgeon. If you need a pediatric neurosurgeon, this is the doctor for you.
