I am a new patient and had a great experience. I was seen 5 minutes after giving my insurance information at the front desk. I was expecting to sit much longer in the exam room waiting for the doctor. The staff was attentive and very personasable. Dr. Rosenbeck was thorough and took his time explaining my xrays to me. I did not feel at all rushed. I will certainly use Ridgewood Orthapedic again.

The support staff was very good. Dr. Roenbeck took time to explain everything, he was very personable and knowledgeable and I was very happy with him. However the wait time in the examining room was too long. There was a large amount of paperwork that was supposed to be sent to me before the visit but was not sent.

THe entire staff was, as always, totally polite, professional and knowledgeable about their respective duties and went out of the way to be friendly and personable. Have had surgery by their team and totally recommend them for any and all orthopedic issues.

The ofice at Ridgewood Orthopedic Group is great, professioal and polite. Dr. Roenbeck was very knoledgeable and put me at ease with the way he explained the upcoming treatment for my injury.
