I LOVE Dr. Nikias. He is an outstanding doctor. However his office staff in my opinion Is far to be desired. I have always felt that I am inconveniencing them just for existing. I have stood there waiting for the receptionist to look up and after a few minutes when she does she is extremely rude. The final straw for me… Was having pretty bad stomach pains a low grade fever as well as a few other symptoms. I called the service as it was a Sunday and was encouraged to go to the ER which I did. I was diagnosed with diverticulitis and was told to immediately follow up with my GI which I did the following day. Had to leave a message to schedule an appt so left a detailed message That was May 24th. I STILL haven’t received a call back so I was forced to find another doctor. Unbelievable I am disappointed because I really like him but my health is obviously not a priority for the office staff. Just a number I guess.

It took 1 hour to see him and the office staff was loud and rude, all the patients there where complaining. When I finally was admitted the doctor was uncaring. I was a new patient. He was totally uninterested in my problems and seemed to want to be anywhere else but there. Awful experience.

I had a terrible experience with him. He was dismissive and was not interested enough to even give me a script. I would not recommend him.

The office itself was having problems with everything and the patients there were the ones suffering because of it. The doctor was matter of fact and uninterested in a new patient. Terrible experience.

The admin staff was unprofessional and literally everything was going wrong with them. The doctor was uninterested in me as a patient when he heard I had been treated by another doctor(who hasn’t). A total waste of my time and money.

Dr. Nikias is amazing he has awesome bedside manner, he is an honorary family member my entire family loves him. He saved my life, i had ulcerative colitis for 14 years and from him following my treatment with a colonoscopy routinely that is what saved my life I am forever grateful to him. Dr. Nikias is very thorough with treating his patients. He is kind caring and extremely professional he takes time to listen and really understand his patients. I would recommend him highly.
