dr. auerbach was my 2nd oral surgery consultation in my search and I've never been happier seeking a 2nd opinion. he made me feel very comfortable in his abundance of knowledge and thorough explanations. the rest of the staff was absolutely wonderful and so friendly and treat their patients with so much care.

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. Dr.Auerbach and his team were phenomenal throughout the process. From sending several reminders before the appointment to the entire perioperative process were truly exceptional. I, myself is a healthcare professional and have witnessed such professionalism and competence. I highly recommend this practice to my family, friends and anyone who will be reading this comment. The entire experience with Dr. Auerbach and his staff was as pleasant as one could wish for when having extensive dental work. Wait time was minimal, staff was efficient, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Auerbach is proficient in his dental as well as inter-personal skills. The recent visit was my third such procedure and, while I do not wish for more, this is where I will go if I do need further care. The office was extremely clean and very pleasant to be in. The staff were professional, friendly and explained what I needed to know sbout my appointment. The doctor was also professional and friendly, explaining everything regarding my procedure and fully answering all my questions.

Trying to make a new patient appointment. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Not a good reflection on how they treat their patients. I will go elsewhere.

My son recently went for 4 impacted wisdom teeth. The office staff is very professional and empathetic. He had some nausea after the sedation and the nurses stayed with him and even walked us to the car. The doctor was very confident and answered all my questions on the first visit. The scheduler was very organized and a clear communicator.

Unfortunately had a very unorganized and negative experience when I visited here last week. The staff is inefficient and do not at all come across as well informed on what should be common office management principles. I booked an appointment with Dr. Auerbach which was scheduled at 2:30. I arrived at 2:20. I had called the office in advance to inquire what if any documentation was needed from me and was told to bring any X-rays my dentist had taken. When I arrived to the appointment, I was made to fill out several pieces of documentation (that should’ve been sent to me via email to enable me to fill them out ahead of time, but were never sent) Then I was asked if I had a referral from my general dentist, which I did not. Recall, I asked the office ahead of time which documentation was needed from me prior to my appointment, and then told me X-rays and that is all. The office spent the next 30 minutes attempting to contact my general dentist, who was conveniently closed on this day. I then sat in the exam chair for the next 25 minutes without ever being seen by the dentist. At 3:20, he finally walked in to begin my exam, 50 minutes after the exam was scheduled. I got up and left. I was out on my lunch break, and needed to return to work. This office is unorganized and the staff clearly does not value the time of their patients. Additionally, when initially scheduling my appointment, I asked the office to contact my insurance to determine my out of pocket cost ahead of time because I prefer to be informed of my charges before I receive care. When I arrived to the office, they told me they would just bill my insurance and not to worry about any charges, which is poor practice in itself because I asked to be informed of charges ahead of time, considering I am the party at financial risk should my insurance deny a claim. They neglected to fulfill this request because they do not care about your preference and prefer to proceed the way they wish. Additionally, the office never sent any confirmation of my upcoming appointment nor did they send a reminder for the appointment, which are all courtesies but certainly lead to a smoother experience. I am overall very disappointed in the care that I did not receive, because I as a patient and my time were obviously not valuable enough for the staff here.
