Theodore Falk Md's Online Review Report Card

My regular allergist had retired and the phone messaging re-routed me to Dr. Falk's office. My son was having some symptoms of an allergic reaction and i called to speak with the nurse. I later find that they billed my insurance and sent me a bill for a copay- and ultimately sent it to collections. I called the office and spoke with a rude office manager, i think her name was Cheyenne. I tried to explain that this was not a visit- i never spoke to the doctor nor did they ever follow up with anything they claimed to recommend. She was yelling at me that they had documentation because i had sent in my driver's license and insurance card. I told her i did send those in because they asked me too! She went on a rant and said they would not rescind the charges. Unpleasant, rude and unhelpful staff who are not even willing to listen. i will file an appeal to the insurance company because this is outright insurance fraud. I will never take my children here and would recommend them to NOONE. stay away unless you enjoy being billed fraudulently and yelled at.

I’m a long time patient of Dr. Falk. Great Dr. great service and the staff are helpful. I recommend this place if you suffer from really bad allergies, he help me get better when I was having bad seasonal allergies.

Doesnt treat patients with care. Very domineering!!

Dr Falk is the best most caring doctor. He spends time with you and listens. He completely cured me of an allergy that no other doctor was able to diagnose. There is none better! I highly recommend this doctor..

He has so many awards and my boyfriend has been his patient for so many years. We love Dr. Falk!

Everyone is very nice, they're accommodating, and the doctors are wonderful! Dr Rasheed is caring and takes her time with you as is Dr Falk...and he often has a joke for you too

Dr. Falk is the best of the best! He is very thorough with his patients and really took on my case where everyone else pushed me to the side... Cold Urticaria is no joke and NO ONE was able to give me an answer for year but it was a different story with Dr. Falk. Truly truly fortunate I found him, he has helped me so much in only a matter of less than a year and there is so much improvement every time I come in. I'm so excited to have found a Doctor that has really taken my case head on! The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well!! Just great people that deserve so much praise!
