This Dr. and Summit Health were one of the worst experiences I ever had in my entire life. Was there for approximately 10 minutes. I barely got any adequate answers to my questions, in my opinion, and then was billed almost $450!

I had a horrible, horrible experience with Summit Health and with this Doctor. One of the worst experiences of my life. Was there for approximately 10 minutes. Dr. barely answered my questions adequately, in my opinion, then billed almost $450. I will never go back to Summit Health or this Doctor.

My entire family goes to Dr. Levine. He has excellent bed side manners, a good sense of humor and relevant medical knowledge. The entire staff is helpful and make every visit an easy transition.

Dr. Levine is extremely knowledgeable, kind and very pleasant. He provided great advice and care. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Levine is amazing! I came to him at a point of desperation with my son. He made me feel heard and gave me such reassurance and comfort. He and his office were able to schedule my son's surgery that same month! (tonsil and adenoid removal as well as tubes put in). I don't understand the negative comments because Dr. Levine and the office staff were so patient and understanding with me. The surgery went well! Dr. Levine came out in less than an hour with a big reassuring smile telling us that our son was OK! I highly recommend Dr. Levine and that office. Thank you, Dr. Levine!!

Dr. Levine is an excellent doctor. I recently underwent a septoplasty, and polyp removal under general anesthesia. The entire procedure took one hour from start to finish. There were no surprises. Dr. Levine explained everything down to what I was going to feel when I would wake up from the anesthesia. I felt absolutely no pain, and had no bruising; which tells me he is very gentle while working on his surgical procedures. Extremely knowledgeable in his field. Excellent bed side manner. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Horrible office staff. I arrived ten minutes late in a rainstorm for my appointment. I was scolded by his office staff. they then told me to fill out the forms, and that that i would have to wait until everyone who had an appointment went before me. After the waiting room was cleared, they still did not call me in, and waited for more people to come. After an hour and a half of waiting, I left. I asked them for my personal information back. i was told "it is already in our system, and it is impossible to delete it, so they would keep all of my personal information on the forms. Furthermore, they told me that he was scheduled for only ten minutes per patient, which is unacceptably short for a surgical consultation.

I visited Dr Levine on 2/16/17 with a problem with my left ear. He spent allot of time with me explaining and diagnosing the problem including an endoscopy. I was very impressed with him and his knowledge.

Dr. Levine performed sinus surgery on my daughter. She was suffering with sinus issues for almost a year. Dr Levine was always attentive and caring during our visits. My daughter is like a new person now after the surgery. I cannot thank Dr. Levine enough for his help in getting my daughter well and for his professionalism and compassion throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Levine and his staff.
