List of Rose Mcgeever's Reviews
I’ve been seeing Dr. Rose McGeever for a couple of years now, and I’ve been meaning to write a review for about as long. With health problems, it’s become incredibly difficult for me to “get things done” over the past three years, and today I am determined to leave the positive feedback Dr. McGeever greatly deserves. Dr. McGeever is one of the most intelligent, thoughtful, patient and compassionate doctors I’ve ever had. I am not one to trust by default, as I feel trust must be earned. My experiences with Dr. McGeever have led me to trust her. I trust Dr. McGeever as both a physician, and as a person. She’s wonderful and dependable. I’ve never left her office feeling dismissed, condescended, or as though I was not heard. Incidentally, it was the many positive recommendations she received, when I reached out on our community’s Facebook page asking if anyone could recommend a PC physician, which led me to her office in the first place. I feel very fortunate to be one of her patients. I also want to share that Jill (front desk), is marvelous. She’s kind, very competent and professional, and yet still always amiable. Dr. McGeever’s nurses, such as Ashley, are also really nice.
Dr. Rose McGeever is the best primary doctor I have ever encountered during my adult life (40 years). Her follow ups are prompt and effective. The same day that my blood test was released, she emailed me a nice personal message summarizing her opinion and recommendations.

Doctor Mcgeever is a great doctor, after going to her, because I wasn’t feeling well. After some test, she made an appointment for me that day with a Cardiologist. The cardiologist also did some test and said I needed to go into Capital Health Hospital Pennington,NJ. For more testing. I was Transferred to UPenn in Philadelphia to have my Aortic valve replacement. Doctor Mcgeever saved my life.
Great doctor. Attentive and good listener. Just transferred to her as my family doctor. Could not have made a better choice.
DR McGeever is wonderful. She is knowledgeable and truly listens to her patients. I recommend her to all of my friends!
Great physician. Very attentive to my needs. Explained medical issues in a very comprehensive manner. Called herself with test results.
Although Dr. McGeever is friendly and courteous I have to say my experience in her care was unsatisfactory. Two main issues:1) I recently moved to the area and set up an initial visit with Dr. M to establish primary care. We went over my medications which include ADD medication and an SSRI to treat mild anxiety. I have been taking both medications for over a year and my symptoms have been effectively managed. Dr. M agreed to refill my ADD medication monthly and at the time I still had refills left on my SSRI from my previous primary care doc. Several months go by and ADHD medication is refilled monthly BUT when my SSRI runs out and I call to refill both meds the office attendant tells me Dr. M is uncomfortable refilling both prescriptions and that I'll have to see a Psychiatrist. Extremely irresponsible! Out of my medication I am going through uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms from not taking my SSRI. My previous doctor even warned me to taper off slowly if I decided to stop this medication, now I am forced to stop cold while I scramble to find another doctor. To top it off, the formerly sweet office attendant now tried her best to hang up on me while I asked for an explanation.2) I was billed for my initial visit in a timely manner and my insurance paid it within a couple of weeks (which I confirmed on my online account). Nonetheless I kept receiving bills. I confirmed again by calling my insurance that it had indeed been paid. I then received a call from Dr. M's collections office asking why I hadn't paid, I gave them the payment confirmation number from my insurance company and she was satisfied. Now I have received another bill for the same visit!!I have told my story honestly and I recommend you look elsewhere based on my experience.

Both the greeting at the front desk and the visit were prompt, friendly and professional! I was neither rushed nor made to wait for a long time. My first visit, as a new patient lasted 1/2 hour...remarkable! Followups and calls for appts were simple, and my time was not wasted with an office visit thanks to their professionalism and questions asked at the time of my call. I am finally content after years of searching!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
