Neither he nor my PCP has stepped up to the plate to follow the simple steps needed to extend my disability past the original date. I have requested this many times. I can only do without $ for so long. And I am past that time. Otherwise I am quite happy with all else he has done for me.

Staff great. Doctor kept me waiting over an hour . Then he acts like his time is more valuable than mine. During my visit he kept getting phone calls and stepping out of the room. I was furious that the time set aside for MY visit was not devoted to me. I would not recommend him.
