I used to see Doctor Roger Green as my primary care doctor when I lived in NJ. In that time, I felt very heard and seen. However, I moved to Florida after graduating college and getting a position in my field. In that time I searched all over for a primary care I felt comfortable with but fell short. The FL healthcare system is very different here and it is hard to find good doctors. I called Dr. Green to see if we could do telephone appointments so I could still care for my health and because at the time I trusted him. He agreed and I was very grateful. However, when I scheduled my first appointment the receptionist gave me a date and time but when that day came I received no call. I called her and she told me she never booked the appointment that previous Friday accidentally and would need to reschedule. She had days to notify me of this mistake but she didn't, if I hadn't called I would have never known she never scheduled me. This was the first sign of unprofessionalism, Then whe
