My 19 year old son chose him as his adult doctor last year, and has had only good experiences there so far. Dr. Horn took a lot of time with my son to understand what he had been going through with his medical history, and left no stone unturned to help find a solution. I haven't a GP now and may choose him myself.

Late to a virtual meeting, took 5 minutes to diagnose me because I already knew what I had, charged insurance company $218, of which I was stuck with $149. Complete scam.

Very unprofessional experience with Dr.Horn. Will never give this practice any business. If you’re looking for an unbiased professional reliable Doctor I do not recommend seeing him. Poor communication between staff and Doctors.

I have used Dr. Horn for multiple situations in the last year and have been so pleasantly surprised by his expertise & office staff as well. Rarely do you find a doctor that is so knowledgeable and takes times with patient. Explores all options without suggesting a RX! Best PC doctor that I have found in Morris county!

Waited months for an appointment, only to watch the doctor stare at the computer and my records and basically tell me that he wanted me to go to 5 specialists or have major tests done before any kind of treatment for conditions and issues I've been diagnosed with for 10 - 15 years. The exam was 5 minutes, if that. Very disappointed. I didn't see kindness nor compassion. The search is on for another primary. Certainly would not recommend.

Dr. Horn is thorough and caring. He is patient, taking time to listen and to find solutions. Dr. Horn's explanations are helpful. He has excellent follow through, even phoning on nights and weekends when necessary. He was my son's doctor first. I was so impressed I asked him to be my doctor, too. The office staff is very helpful and courteous.
