Highly Recommend.. all of the staff is so sweet and helpful. Dr. Young takes her time with you and hears you off and SHANNON the PA is amazing she really goes above and beyond I have had a few hiccups with my insurance and Shannon helped get things approved! Definitely so happy that I have this network of people to help me when I need!
PA Alana Young is amazing! She reallly cares and undrstands my concerns. I feel so fortunate that she'smy primary care provider. The staff (e.g., Mel, front desk) are also very considerate, knowledgeable and supportive.
AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. I have RA and fibro & currently see 3 wonderful specialists in offices other than this one. I've never had a problem with any of them, but dealing with THIS office has been a constant nightmare. They never answer the phone, and when they do, you sit on hold for 20 minutes, no matter when you call. When you finally get someone on the phone, they are rude, and nasty, and sometimes hang up on you mid-sentence. They constantly make mistakes and when you try to get them to fix them, they get defensive and nasty- even the doctors. They've messed up scheduling appointments, telling me they're not in the system AFTER making me wait for 45 minutes, screwed up my medical records completely, promised things and not followed through, disregarded specific, written instructions from other doctors, and violated HIPPA, and instead of addressing the problems when I mention them (no matter how polite I am) they are rude and nasty, refuse to address the problems, and act like I'm the one out of line. I am so tired of being gaslighted by this office. The doctors regularly dismiss my medical concerns and don't listen to me. They are a covid testing site, and treat people with the flu. I am severely immunocompromised, I almost died from the flu last year, and yet they won't do telehealth and make me me come in for every little thing. They are treating me for high blood pressure. I have three different nurses monitoring my blood pressure on a regular basis. But instead of accepting those readings, Dr. Savage demanded I come in and get my blood pressure taken AGAIN by her. The last 2 times I DID come in, they said they would let me wait in the car, and to call them from the parking lot- I did, and they didn't answer their phone. I'm sitting out there for 20 minutes, calling them, and since they told me I'll be judged a no-show and not seen (and charged) if I'm 20 minutes late, I had to come in. and then they made me wait inside. This happened TWICE. I even had a letter from my RA doc saying I need to wait in the car- they ignored it. and the second time this happened, AFTER I waited, they told me I actually didn't have an appointment scheduled. They screwed up and put it in the system wrong. So not only did I take off work and drive all the way there, I had to be exposed to people coughing and sneezing for no reason at all. And when I told Dr. Savage what happened, and expressed my concerns about coming in again, not only did she refuse to address it, she banned me from talking to her through the patient portal - I wasn't even rude. I wasn't expecting such immature behavior from a doctor, honestly. That's what happens. They screw up, you complain, and you're the problem And it gets worse. There are multiple mistakes in my chart that they have ADMITTED are mistakes (they say their computer changed the codes) and have said they would fix, but never did. And they were unbelievably rude about it when I brought it up, and threatened to kick me out of the practice because I called about it twice (the second time just to notify them I was having another doctor send over records). Accusing me of "Tying up the phone lines with a non-medical matter." For 2 phone calls. I'm sorry, having misdiagnoses in my chart IS a medical matter, as it can compromise my care. Not to mention, last year they sent a letter to me with another patient's personal information, stating that he tested positive for hepatitis and herpes. With his name and address. I called them up and said, "This is a major HIPPA violation, but I will not report it bc it was an honest mistake, but you have to be more careful." You'd think after that they'd be nicer to me, but no. Whether I'm nice or not, they are unhelpful, nasty, and rude- it makes no difference what I say or how I say it. I'm now investigating how to go about reporting that HIPPA violation. I should've reported them right away but hopefully it's not too late. I even got accused of being "abusive to staff" because I used an angry tone of voice the time they messed up my appointment- when I said, "I really wish you'd get it together" as I walked out the door. Like literally one sentence. Honestly, they've been ruder to me than that. After they screwed up my appointment, put me at serious risk for no reason, rudely dismissed my concerns, disregarded my other doctor's instructions, failed to do what they promised, refused to answer the phone, screwed up my chart, admit it's a mistake but still won't fix it, AND violated HIPPA laws. But hey, I'm the problem.
Used to be a great place to go to. Current staff poor. Can't get an appointment within reasonable time. Having issues getting prescriptions filled. Don't know what's going on with this place. Leaving
Booked a telehealth appointment for something I already knew the diagnosis for. Doctor Horn shows up 35 minutes late, agrees with me on the diagnosis AND the treatment and sends the prescription in. So for a 5 minute meeting where I did all the work they bill the insurance $218 and because of my high deductible I'm left with $150. Who bills insurance over $200 for a damn telehealth visit where you don't do that heavy lifting. Would be a 1 star if Dr Young wasn't a great doctor.
Always great with me
Dr. Conti was amazing! Great doctor! As for his assistant Wendy and the lovely (sarcasm) women at the window were rude as hell! He needs better staff with better attitudes! If it wasn't for the doctor I would give zero stars!
Terrible doctor to choose use awful office management
Very unprofessional experience with Dr.Horn. Will never give this practice any business. If you’re looking for an unbiased professional reliable Doctor I do not recommend seeing him. Poor communication between staff and Doctors. Told doctor It was hard to get an appt with him and that I was on a cancellation waiting list… he said this didn’t exist. Went back and forth with me, I mentioned there was no reason for me to lie about that. He decided that telling a me…a paying long time Patient that “someone was going to lose their job” because of what I discussed with him, displays the lowest level of professionalism. I initially mentioned I was in an extremely vulnerable state, with this information this is how he decided I should be treated. I was not treated like a respected adult. He abruptly left the room to get the office manager, more concerned with proving his point. He scurried away and didn’t even finish my appointment or write the script I came in for. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had in what’s supposed to be a professional environment. Spent hours trying to get a simple script for blood work, that later I found out was never even put into the system.
I highly recommend this office to everyone … I moved down the shore and still make the trip to this office … they are always professional… organized …. And Loving. For body mind and spirit go to this office … they have been a blessing to me and my family the entire staff … deserves a 10 star review. …

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
