I was waking up every night with horrible leg pain for over a year. After seeing several doctors I finally found Dr. Greuner's office. He has been wonderful. He is one of the few doctors I have ever been to who really takes the time to listen and pin down exactly what the issue is. I never feel rushed by anyone in his office. The staff is great. Everyone is very friendly and they take the time to answer any questions. I always feel very comfortable when having a procedure, I know exactly what is going to be done and what to expect. I went through three procedures and the pain is completly gone. I cannot say enough about Dr. Greuner and his staff.

Having a procedure done no matter how minor is always scary. Dr. Bortecen and his staff were amazing. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses to Dr. Bortecen were kind, caring and extremely professional.  They always had my best interests at heart. Dr. Bortecen discovered an issue that I had never even thought of. He helped me overcome pain and discomfort and changed my life for me. Great experience all around.

Everyone from the staff to the doctors have shown they care.  Words cannot Express the gratitude each individuals have done.  I knew when they have done a successful surgery back in 2017, the 2nd time this year is phenomenal. Dr. David Greuner and Dr. Kerem Bortecen are so willing to answer each and every questions. These guys are very good and knowledgeable.  It feel great when you walk in, everyone knows your name and so friendly. Thank you so much for what everyone have done. Yes at the present time, I am recovering but I feel the difference.  I can smile again, knowing that in the near future I can go back to my normal activities without being in pain.  If are looking for exceptional board certified surgeons that takes good pride of what they do, I truly recommend NYC Surgical Associates.

I am very appreciative of everything that NYC Surgical has done for me. The staff is very friendly,  and the doctors are always very thorough when explaining the procedures necessary, so that I can feel comfortable again. Before coming to NYC Surgical, I was told by other doctors that they could not help me, even though my legs, abdomen,  and back were experiencing great pain and discomfort. Since receiving the procedures I needed,  I no longer experience the swelling and pain that I had to live with for over tens years. I can see how passionate every doctor and staff member at NYC Surgical is, and it puts me at ease whenever I am there.
