List of Josephine Caggia's Reviews
I don’t know why there’s bad reviews here. But I have been coming here for a while. Staff and Dr Caggia , they are very accommodating . I stayed with Dr Caggia because I think she is the epitome of a “ doctor” , first she accepts the insurance that most doctors won’t accept, and she gets to back to me whenever I leave her a message or ask her a question. She’s a needle in a haystack . I’m so happy I found her and I brag about her to my friends and families.
Dr. Caggia is the best, along with her staff.
If you want a quality dr don’t go to this dr. I don’t know what happened to her over the years but she definitely has changed a lot!! Her bedside manner is terrible!! Me and my family all have left and went to other physicians. Due to her negligence of not taking proper test my mom and aunt have been diagnosed with some not so good news, when they had been complaining of some issues they were concerned about she brushed it off. I also was left with a brewing urinary tract infection at one point when my sample of urine was never tested properly!! I have been in the waiting room and have seen upset patients screaming at the staff about bloodwork and their medication not being called in on time!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here if they want quality care!!
I saw Dr. Caggia for 12 years. I moved away to California or else I would continue to see her. She has been one of the best primary care doctors I've ever had. We knew each other by first name basis and she always took great care of me and addressed all of my concerns every time.
1st day at Dr. Caggia's office. Exited to meet her and looking forward to a good patient Dr relationship. So far is been good. I've spoken to the receptionists twice and they are pleasant and very welcoming. I actually feel good coming here so far. I must say 1 of the receptionist in particular Kim has gone above and beyond to help and accommodate me when I called and explained my situation. Kuddos to her I'm very thankful for her help.
Dr. Caggia is nice but her office manager is very rude. I was asking questions to the receptionist and she rudely took the phone from her and told me to go get a COVID test. I’m a new patient. I have only been there one other time. Not to mention my first phone call I was on hold for 10 minutes and had to call back. I’ve worked at a doctors office. This is why doctors lose patients. The staff does not know how to treat patients.
Incompetent office with a habit of lying and forgetting people are on hold and the doctor seems uninterested in her job and ducks and avoids patients
This office is very dysfunctional, 1- they never pick up calls. 2- if they pick up your call they will put you on hold and never come back. 3- Doctor Caggia never return calls!!!!!
Dr. Caggia is the bomb.. she listens to your issues and totally helps from medical to emotional 🤗🤗🤗
I think it's terrible to call the office and have a robotic answering machine. I feel very uncertain about my information being retrieved and acted on. If changes were made in the office, staff should be working harder to make patients feel secure in their care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
