Rushed through my visits both times. Didn't listen to my concerns at all. I'm literally crying in the office and her response is "really? are we going to do that here?" Doesn't follow up or follow through. After that I started looking for a new provider. She was the worst doctor I've come across to date.

Dr. Morandi is fantastic. She takes her time to speak with you & answer any questions. Her staff is great. There may be a little wait but that happens everywhere these days. I highly recommend.

I love her. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. She’s kind, she takes her time to listen and she puts your mind at ease. She’s very understanding of your concerns and makes sure to address them all. Sometimes you might have to wait a bit but it’s only because she takes so much time with each patient. I don’t mind the wait because I know it’s because she’s such a good doctor.

Like her tons but always so hard to get through by phone. Today was asked if I "could hold for a brief time". I hung up. To me 5 minutes is not a brief time

Dr Morandi is never on time for her patients and rushes through your visit. You're lucky if you get a phone call about your results and prescriptions. The staff doesn't smile or say hello to you, they are more concerned about their cell phones and personal lives. There has to better doctors than this one I have given up on both her and the staff. Patient privacy was never a issue last but now, it is always at risk if you go to this office.

Dr. Morandi is the best doctor I have ever gone to and I feel very lucky to be her patient. She is an excellent doctor, kind, humble, genuinely caring and very down to earth. She patiently listens to you and answers your questions and concerns. I have been her patient for years and so have other family members. I feel very comfortable with her and have alot of confidence and trust in her. Also, her staff is great - always nice, pleasant, friendly and helpful, even if it's been a busy, stressful day at the office. Dr. Michele Morandi is a wonderful doctor, as well as a wonderful person and I would very strongly recommend her.
