Can complain. Very clean, whenever assisting patients very respectful. Lupe is an excellent employee. She helped me with a COVID appt. Very nice, sweet. It shows that she truly cares for the patients. Dr Malave has been great with my kids. Honestly, I couldn't complain. Great work.

Had to get blood taken, and I tend to pass out. I told them at the front desk and they were super nice and encouraging. The nice young lady at the front desk let the tech know in case she had to prepare anything extra. I have learned how to do better now, and explained that I drink a giant cup of water while they take the blood/give shots which helps me from passing out. They were super accommodating, and toward the end, an additional tech from the office came in to check on me. It was a much more positive experience than I had in mind. Thanks to the kindness of the staff here. Would recommend :)

My appointment was at 4:30 yet I sit here at 5:18 not seen yet. Last visit was over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. They do not value anyones time but their own . Additionally I came here for a sinus infection that would’ve been an easy prescription to call in but instead I have to come in for a visit that they wanted me to wait a week for but thank God somebody canceled today so I came here and got to sit for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time still not seeing a doctor

Now that this isn’t an urgent care, I am changing my review. I just started being a new patient at this location and I must say I’m not very pleased. The doctor was awesome super nice and friendly. But the staff not so much, I called Friday to have someone go over my lab work results, left a message on the nurses line.. no call back. Tuesday I called again Spoke to front desk was told someone would call back. No call back again. Now Wednesday I call again, still waiting for a call back. If the doctor wasn’t so nice I would give a 1 star. I finally got a call from someone who couldn’t even go over my lab with me. Even she was like oh I will see if someone can go over the lab work with. Like what? That was the whole point of my call.. Updates yet again! 1/28/2022 No longer will be seeing this practice, waited over 2 weeks for my appointment even called yesterday to confirm my appointment and asked to reschedule for today or Monday. What happened? Got a call today we need to do a tellahealth or reschedule well not because how are you going to exam via video chat?? Reschedule nothing till Friday next week. This place is a joke. So done with your practice.

Dr.Malave is very knowledgeable and listens to her patients. The office is professional and respectful to patients as well as friendly and very organized!

Probably the most professional doctors office I’ve been to. Front desk is kind and greets me every time. My doctor was so welcoming and understanding about my concerns about my health. And went to get my blood taken and I was petrified and the woman had made me feel like I was safe. To say the least the staff at this practice are amazing and deserve the recognition!

i never had a problem with this doctor office but today i had a doctors appointment and i needed to do it over telehealth because we are still in a pandemic and i don’t drive and jackie was really rude about it and was kinda judging for why i was going to the doctor for like i’m so sorry i’m such a hassle for asking to do telehealth i will be changing my primary doctor. not being able to go to the doctor because we are in a pandemic sucks

Dr. Malave always makes my visits at her office a pleasant one. She's very understanding and always makes me feel comfortable. Her staff at the office are very pleasant as well. I would highly recommend my family and friends to Dr. Malave. She's definitely top notch!

Highly recommended! The place was spotless & everyone was compassionate. The doctor was also very thorough! In & out with scripts & instructions.
