Dr. Cheatam is the very best! She takes her time to listen to your concerns, is highly professional, and very caring! She helped me throughout my pregnancy and made my labor seem effortless and anxiety free. I highly recommend her and would travel the world and wait for her before going to any other doctor.

I found the staff very pleasant and friendly. The doctor was through & patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone I encountered was professional. I just wish there were more office hours for appts.The portal they use was annoying. I thought the whole objective of electronic medical records was so that your medial data could be shared. Sadly each doctor uses a different portal so you get to fill out the same forms for any medical professional you see.

very unorganized facility I would not recommend

Dr. Cheatam had very good bedside manner. She is also very knowledgeable, & a great all around OB/GYN.

The front desk placed me on hold for a good 5 minutes, hung up on me and didn't even apologize when I called back. Apparently the office can't see new patients after 3 pm, just because. Which is a little ridiculous.

Rude staff & terrible service. Dont waste time.

If I could give this doctors office 0 stars I would. The rudest people I have ever met and completely unorganized. Please listen to these reviews and do not come here. I cannot believe how awful it was.

I wish I could give this Doctor office a better review. Unfortunately, I CAN NOT!!!! The lack of communication with the staff is unbearable. I first attempted to see Dr. C and waited one hour in the waiting room and left. I again schedule another appointment and actually stayed to be seen. I had a 10am appointment and was not taken into a room for 45 minutes and waited another half an hour in the room for the doctor. Now...overall she is incredible!! I will not knock her! She is kind, communitive, gentle and explains things so you can understand exactly what is going on. That being said she wanted to me do some blood work and call a week later for results. I call at 11 am and am told by office staff, "please call back after 2"...I call THE OFFICE IS CLOSEDDDDD!!!!! Wouldn't the office staff be aware of this and tell me "we are closed from this time to this time, but please call for your results at this time" ? I mean where is the organization and care for patients? Unfortunately, I do not think I will remain a patient solely for the lack of organization with the entire staff but not for the lack of Dr. Cheatam's performance !!! If I could give this office a negative star, I would. DO NOT go here. The staff is Awful-Especially the women at the front desk-She is extremely rude. Their communication and responsiveness is terrible. I came to write a bad review and realized how many bad reviews they already have. Seriously, listen to these comments.
