Doctor Cheatam is by far my favorite doctor ever. She’s patient, has great bed side manner, and is the best person to have in your corner. It’s important to note that she’s a one woman show, and she has OB and GYN patients, so there can be a wait at her office. Her staff is nice but efficient—you can tell they are many patients a day. I recommend her to every friend. You can’t find a better doctor!

Dr Cheatham is a life saver! Her knowledge and expertise, quick testing and immediate referrals have saved my life. Her staff has been nothing caring and respectful of this old lady. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

The first time I came here for a regular checkup I was satisfied. The usual long wait ensued, but all doctors don't respect a patient's time, so what can I do? It was my last checkup that made me not want to come back. I don't get mammograms; I choose not to for very specific reasons, and I don't care to hear any doctor lecture me about it. But as I lay on the exam table, legs spread, the doctor gave me a 15 minute long lecture all the way up to the point I had my clothes back on and was walking towards the door to leave the exam room. She would not stop lecturing me, then advised me to make an appointment for a digital mammogram, which she claimed uses a lot less radiation because they can take a lot less films. So, I went home and looked it up. A digital mammogram uses twice the amount of radiation in less the amount of films take. This is why I don't always trust doctors with my health. Long unwanted lecture, and baaaad advise.

Dr. Cheatam and her office staff are all so warm and welcoming. Dr. Cheatam is both professional and personable. Easy to feel comfortable in her presence. I'm really happy to have chosen her as my new Gynecologist!

Dr. Cheatam is the very best! She takes her time to listen to your concerns, is highly professional, and very caring! She helped me throughout my pregnancy and made my labor seem effortless and anxiety free. I highly recommend her and would travel the world and wait for her before going to any other doctor.

I found the staff very pleasant and friendly. The doctor was through & patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone I encountered was professional. I just wish there were more office hours for appts.The portal they use was annoying. I thought the whole objective of electronic medical records was so that your medial data could be shared. Sadly each doctor uses a different portal so you get to fill out the same forms for any medical professional you see.

The front desk placed me on hold for a good 5 minutes, hung up on me and didn't even apologize when I called back. Apparently the office can't see new patients after 3 pm, just because. Which is a little ridiculous.

If I could give this doctors office 0 stars I would. The rudest people I have ever met and completely unorganized. Please listen to these reviews and do not come here. I cannot believe how awful it was.
