I was Dr Beckett client, but when I made the appointment to see her, THE DAY of the appointment, I’ve got a call from her staff saying they are very sorry but she won’t see me cause time have passed and I’m now considered new client and she’s not taking new clients. The day of my appointment! 2 hours before, how rude is to assume I have the day open and I could see their PA instead! 3 hours from my original appointment! No thank you! I have a skin scare and I wanted to see a doctor not PA. But after reading her reviews, I’m glad she didn’t want to see me. I will go somewhere where doc and staff are nicer and friendly.

I was there yesterday for the first time! Dr Beckett made me feel so comfortable. Great experience, would definitely recommend!

I constantly get my appointments cancelled and no one answers the phone at the office. This place needs to act more professional and stop canceling appointments I book months in advance.

My kid has several open wound due to eczema. She never even got closer to see the affected infected area, but was just kept super far away.

NEVER go here to get a cortisone shot. I booked on zoc doc and they set me up with an inexperienced PA who didn’t know left from right. This was my first cortisone shot ever and this is what the result was. Not only that but the prior dermatologist prescribed me epiduo for my acne and it made the problem 10x worse. Dermatology is an outdated methodology as is most big pharma. Phylabiotics helped my skin tremendously and it’s going to take years to reverse the damage the dermatologist did to my skin. NEVER GO HERE!!!! I want to sue these people!!!

Dr was very rude, curt, and showed no bedside manner or empathy whatsoever.Did not make herself clear when asked questions. Rushed through treatment plan without making it clear what or when follow up was. Stay clear of her! Very disappointed by her manner and attitude.

I had my first visit with Dr. Beckett last week. I have psoriasis in a few places, and she said im not sure what that is, and its definately on your scalp. She was kind of smug. She prescribed a cream, that was not covered by my insurance. ONE WEEK LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CREAM OR AN ALTERNATE ONE. She has not returned my phone calls or the insurance companies or the pharmacies. Completely unprofessional. Do not go to her. Obviously, my psoriasis is worse and in other places. Very frustrating.

I've waited a long time for the doctor. She didn’t even care to listen to me. She talks more with the assistant than with me. The assistant was more important to her than me. It was more important that the assistant wrote down everything than what my problem was. She didn’t help me. I felt badly treated. Very disappointed and waste of time and money. Very rude, unprofessional.
