Marieanne Giardina Beckett's Online Review Report Card

I had my first visit with Dr. Beckett last week. I have psoriasis in a few places, and she said im not sure what that is, and its definately on your scalp. She was kind of smug. She prescribed a cream, that was not covered by my insurance. ONE WEEK LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CREAM OR AN ALTERNATE ONE. She has not returned my phone calls or the insurance companies or the pharmacies. Completely unprofessional. Do not go to her. Obviously, my psoriasis is worse and in other places. Very frustrating.

This woman is a nightmare! She was rude, unbothered and had no interest in understanding my history and taking the time to address my concerns. Her PA was great and the office staff was very friendly. Office is clean and appointment was easy to schedule. Someone please offer this woman some self awareness and patient centric training. It’s a shame with all the experience she has in the Dermatology practice. Im not going back for my follow up appointment. To make matters worse the published results from my biopsy and no one even called me…great job that was very comforting and professional. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. ’ll be getting a 2nd opinion from a different practice.

I've waited a long time for the doctor. She didn’t even care to listen to me. She talks more with the assistant than with me. The assistant was more important to her than me. It was more important that the assistant wrote down everything than what my problem was. She didn’t help me. I felt badly treated. Very disappointed and waste of time and money. Very rude, unprofessional.

Kind and caring. Dr. Beckett gives her patients time and attention.

Br. Beckett is very intense on her diagnosis and explanations to me as her patient. I have seen her several times and have never been disappointed. She is easy to have confidence in.

My husband has seen Dr. Joana Zurada, for a couple of years. No real complaints until today where he had to wait 45 mins to be seen. 6:30 appointment, we arrived at 6:20 and he wasn’t called until now 7:16.I came with him because I thought I would make back to back appointments next time and also come here. However, this has completely turned me off.The worst is, who knows how long would it have been if he didn’t ask the receptionist how much longer would he have to wait, (only at that time did she go and let the doctor know she was running over 45 mins late).

Dude I’ve had painful white pimples on my face and head for months and these people have never answered once to make an appointment

I have years coming to see doctor Beckett ..and she is the best no one can do better. .the isn't just a doctor is a friend a family. The way she work for me is amazing. .

Dr. Beckett is my favorite dermatologist in this office. She is very kind and patient and very willing to help in any way that she can. My only issue with this office is the attitude that you get from Kathy when you call to ask if you can come by for an injection.

Dr. Beckett was wonderful. I could tell from the moment she came into the examination room that I liked her. Not only did she take the time to take care of the issue I went to see her for, but she went the extra mile and examined other areas that I told her were of concern to me, never rushing to move on to the next patient. An excellent experience from start to finish and I highly recommend her. The staff were all kind and very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you all!
