Jill Stoller Md's Online Review Report Card

My son is a patient of Dr. Stoller's and we are delighted with the care we receive from her and this practice. You will not find a friendlier, more courteous and respectful staff than here, and that is very unusual for most doctors offices. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to go an extra step for you, and the docs are really wonderful - caring, smart, engaged and never make you feel awkward even when asking the most basic of questions. We are lucky to have such a dedicated physician as Dr. Stoller.

Just saw Dr. Stoller for my son's yearly wellness exam. I was completely shocked as to her bedside manner with my son. She was rude, and very unfriendly. She spoke to me like I was an unfit mother. Did not take the time to go over certain concern I was having regarding my son's overall health. will never, ever see her again. If you want to see a good, well educated Doctor with a wonderful bedside manner, make your appointment with Dr. Berkowitz.

Dr. Stoller has been the primary pediatrician for my 3 children for the past 15 years. We find her to be kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She has connected with each of our children ...and now that they are a little older, they all request specifically to see her in the multipractioner practice. She is always available when we have questions or concerns and always calls us back promptly. She has gone over and above for our family and we feel very fortunate and grateful that our children are being cared for by Dr. Stoller.

My three children have been patients of Dr. Stoller's for 16 years. I find her to be knowledgeable, caring and have always been very pleased with the quality of care delivered by her and her staff. I am able to get an appointment when I need to see her and don't ever wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. My oldest child is a senior in college and is very attached to Dr. Stoller. When she is concerned about the quality of care she gets at school, she calls Dr. Stoller to seek her advice. Dr. Stoller always takes her calls and sets her mind at ease. My youngest son is a cancer survivor and I don't know where I would have been without her when he was sick. She took countless hours of her own time to be with him in the hospital and to ensure he was getting the care he needed, even though she did not have privileges at the hospital where he underwent a stem cell transplant. I am disturbed by the people who have written such negative posts. I have recommended Dr. Stoller to numerous friends.

Dr.Stoller made me feel rushed when I had questions and concerns. She is not very warm and my children don't smile often at visits with her. I recommend other doctors in the practice who have much better people skills. However, she does seem to feel it's appropriate to talk to patients about her struggles with getting the insurance companies to pay her on time. If you have questions about your health insurance she may be more helpful on that topic then she would be in regards to a healthcare issue.

Unless there was ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ELSE at the practice, I wound never ever see Dr. Stoller. She's accusatory, rude, cold, and has no bedside manner. She makes both children and parents feel uncomfortable, and agitated, because of her attitude, and acts with superiority. She has no place dealing with children, or anyone for that matter.

I love Dr. Stoller! She is warm, caring and very knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed. She always returns phone calls promptly if I have a question. The nurses are very helpful too. I have recommended Dr. Stoller to friends and neighbors and everyone has been very happy.

My children have been seeing Dr. Stoller for ten years. I completely disagree with the negative comments (sounds like a different doctor?). She is the most knowledgeable in the group, always on-time, spends as much time as I need, and is wonderful with my kids. The office is clean and the staff helpful and courteous. This is the best practice in northern NJ!

I am so shocked to see such negative reviews for Dr Stoller. My daughter has seen every doctor at this practice and in my opinion Jill Stoller is be far the best. I do not feel at all rushed. I can ask her any question without feeling like she will talk down to me. She is wonderful with my daughter.... my child feels completely comfortable with her. I feel she cares about the parents as well which isn't too common in my experiences. She and I had a five plus minute conversation about OB/GYN's she recommends for me. Smart, caring, appropriate personality.... A+!!!!

I felt very rushed with Dr.Stoller on several occassions and the office was so busy after going there for a couple of months I had to leave because I kept waiting longer and longer every time I went.
