There waits are long but that's because there are not many options out here in the country. The nurse practitioners and drs. Have always treated me wonderfully..and always been good with referrals..and telling me to take care of my self. They are kind. Good vibes. And I think they work very hard. ☺️ I could have switched to a closer place by now but they do a good job. The eye Dr is nice too when he's there.

I’ve had good experiences with both visits. The wait is long especially when it’s busy, but I was called back since I was waiting for a while. Dr. Ruffin is very knowledgeable, she was patient and listened to and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She also explained what she was going to do. I felt cared for and valued as a patient.

This office is ran by unprofessional Nps not doctors. They are not trust worthy, have no integrity, and are disrespectful. They don't do what they are there for. It's not a elementary school. It's a doctors office. It's ran by extremely ghetto immature, unprofessional kids. Grow up and have respect for yoyourself I my daughter does love her pediatrician , she is a real professional. Let's something from coworkers.

Me and my family of 7 are new to the Salem area having to change a variety of doctors with 3 adults and 4 children all with different issues the staff and doctors were all wonderful and professional they treated us as if we had been coming there for years it is a very warm and clean environment where everyone is very welcoming I am very happy with the service and support of my new medical family we give them 5 STARS !!!!!! TO SALEM'S Southern Jersey Family Medical Center...
