Hard to get a sick appointment in her office but her bedside manner is caring and sweet and I never feel rushed with her.

If I could leave a negative rating I would. With my care I am going though a lot. Not once did she call and check up on me. I have been in the hospital 4 this in 2 months. When I did my check up all my clothes on and told to breathe. When I was in the hospital I was giving pain medication for my back. I had a seizure and fell on concrete. I asked her if she can refill all of my medication. She said no to the pain medication to see a pain management doctor (which I couldn’t see for 3 months) .That’s it I asked for a shot that day she said go get it at cvs. I asked for a Mammogram which is always giving at yearly check up no, I don’t do that have you gynecologist do it. She keeps cutting me off and she doesn’t even look at your case or what you are there for! She did the bare minimum! That if I died in her office she would step over me. It’s really sad and cause me more trauma. Now she has lied in her notes. That I said not nice things to the staff. I said thank you very much but Dr Von Berg is trash. She lied and said I asked for a lot of pain medication. Who should I go to when I get out the hospital for refills? She did even address me being in the hospital. She’s a disgusting human being and a liar!

Great doctor. She don't over medicate you. Love her bedside manner. Shows concerns to your needs.

It's so very hard to find someone in the health profession that honors their oath as caring for people until I met Dr. Lara VonBerg. First and foremost she's intelligent and she listens to you! She has a very busy practice but that doesn't stop her for caring and respecting her patients. I want to thank you for your dedication to your patients, your practice and most of all to the health profession. Thank you Dr. Von Berg for letting people know that there are still some caring doctors out here.

This Doctor should be reported to the medical board and I will report her for violating the oath she took. My father has been a patient of hers for years. He was complaining of stomach and back pain. We were 14 minutes late for an appointment and she would not see him. I then took him to urgent care center in the adjacent town where they ran test and advised us he should go to hospital which we did. He was suffering from pneumonia and kidney issues. We even called to let them know we were in traffic and going to be late. This doctor is a disgrace to her profession and the oath she took. Her staff is nasty and not helpful. They would be better served working as intake personnel at Rikers Island. Do not use this doctor go to urgent care in Westfield where you will receive professional, kind and competent service.

Dr Von Berg has been so incredibly supportive throughout the years that she’s been my doctor. Recently, I had concerns about medications and how they would affect my pregnancy, and she took the time to really listen and offered different options for treatment. Dr Von Berg takes the time to really listen, and doesn’t push her own agenda or make you feel badly or uncomfortable. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a caring and supportive physician.

Terrible, stay away!!! They take tests not included in your insurance, and you are stuck with a bill, even if it's a "free" annual physical. They rack up whatever tests they want so they get paid, and you get stuck with a bill that is NOT covered!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr von Berg became my primary physician a couple of years ago and she is great. She is very thorough and recommends things but never pushes. She has a very pleasant demeanor. I really like this entire office. It is small and you are in and out quickly. Everything is on schedule.
