We've used Frank from Assisting Hands for the past 6 months and he is a true blessing! He is funny, caring, and goes above and beyond to take great care of my Dad. Additionally, the agency checks in frequently to ensure that we are pleased and is always available to us. Being a Certified Dementia Practioner, it is so important to have valuable resources to give families in the time of need. Assisting Hands Home Care is one of my top home care agencies I refer my families to. Gerry the owner is very responsive to calls and has personal experience of what families go through caring for their loved ones at home. Vikki, the Director of Community Relations is compassionate and a great resource to families and professionals. Thank you for your dedication to the families you serve.

I must tell you how simply wonderful Ebony was throughout her time with my mom. She has a heart of gold, completely cared about my mother in every way, and treated her with complete love, respect and knowledge. I always felt that Ebony had a rare understanding of the needs of the elderly. I know she had a very special relationship with my mom and us as well. I trusted her completely, knowing she had my mother’s best interests at heart, always. I trusted her to help my mom in ways I was no longer comfortable doing myself - specifically her showering. She always kept my mother safe. Ebony never stopped talking to my mother, engaging her, making her smile, laugh and feel so loved. I honestly believe she cared for my mom the way she would have cared for her own. She is a gift, and we always thought of her as our angel on earth.I must also tell you that my mother’s nurse from Assisting Hands, Stephen, was wonderful to our family as well. He was always there for us when we had questions, or in guiding Ebony during her conversations with him. We feel blessed that he was involved with my mom’s care.
