My visit with Dr, Hynes was the WORST visit of my entire life. He performed a procedure on me that he had very little knowledge of. Horrible experience, horrible Doctor. Terrible. My life hasn't been the same since. Do not refer any one not even your worst enemy to this Doctor.

This physician has the bedside manner of a used q-tip and the knowledge to match. He’s underwhelming, and for a cardiologist he lacks the aggressive let’s get your heart health under control that most cardiologists have. He chose the wrong meds for my husband three times; three times I had to go to our pcp and speak to him about med interactions and have him call the cardiologist to discuss because when I was in the office he dismissed me like I was a bother. Frankly, he’s just a dolt. Too bad because the staff is great. He did a procedure on my husband and left me a 7 second phone voicemail and when I got to the hospital and saw him in person and waved he walked right by me and did not even stop. Again, he’s a dolt. Honestly, but no skill to back up his arrogance.

Awful. My dr left the practice during COVID. The office didn’t tell me they just put me in the office with Dr. Hynes. My BP was off the charts. He couldn’t be bothered taking it again or even talking to me about it. The nurse showed a lot of concern. He doubled my medication for cholesterol and I had a reaction. He refused to come to the phone to discuss. Just had nurse tell me to stop taking if I wanted to after my calling several times. No return call. I finally found my original DR and I have been trying for two months to get my records for my apt and they are making it impossible. Won’t get me my records in time for my apt. Now making me drive an hour to a different office three weeks later to pick up even though they said they would bring them to my local office now changed their minds. Dr Hynes is aware of this. I tried to get his help. He asked me to leave the office and go to the other. That’s all they would do. Dr is totally uncaring.
