Very clean office and friendly staff. COVID testing process is very simple and convenient.
They scheduled me for 12.45 for COVID rapid after five phone calls finally thay took me inside, never soo the doctor? Stop was very unfriendly and they got more upset because I asked him why it’s two hours after my appointment that they told me that nothing they can do about it and that’s how it is,I don’t think I’m going to visit this place one more time ,
I have used them for COVID testing and previously for a broken hand. I left after my broken hand in tears from laughing. Best customer experience I’ve had!
I called as I was ill and needed urgent help. The teledoc recommended a covid test and called me immediately. As soon as I went there they took my insurance card and ID. After that they asked me to wait in the car and said they would call back. Please note that THEY will NOT call you back. When I called them back they gave some excuses and created unnecessary confusion. I was never assessed by the docor. They gave me my cards back and asked to wait for few minutes for covid test. I waited and waited for another hour but still no call back. Finally I decided to leave as I wasn’t feeling well at this point.I would definitely NOT recommend

They won't remove sutures here, because they "might" need to re-do them. But if I came here to get the sutures originally they were capable or doing sutures and removing them. Horrible.
Im not one to complain, but the guy here was the nastiest to my fiancé and people waiting. We had a test appointment at 1pm and still havent gotten in at 225pm. Rude and inconsiderate to a line of ladies while letting people in that arrived after us and yelling at people every time he opens the door. 1/10 never returning
They force you to have a tele doctor visit prior to Covid testing. They bill you for a full doctor visit for a 15 second phone call.
The staff and physician were amazing with my toddler who had an ear infection in the midst of this pandemic...so kind, no wait, extremely efficient, and wonderfully compassionate! Thank you for taking such great care of my family!
I got a Covid test on a Tuesday and called for my results on a Friday. The staff member who handled me was Very unfriendly . Telling me that Thursday was (Thanksgiving) and tests don’t get processed on the holiday. So I need to wait until either Saturday or Monday. Didn’t ask for my name or anything. Just solely went based off me taking my test on a certain day. Mind you other coworkers went on Wednesday and got their results, but here I am still waiting. Forget needing my results because I have 2 young children in the house. I understand they probably get tons of calls, but it is a pandemic. Either hold it together or figure out a new career path because handling ppl with care is extremely important. I only utilize their services because of my job.
Be aware , I call for Covid-19 test and was told that the result for the test should take 2-3 days. I scheduled Covid test on line more than a week ago and received time. Showed up on time and was told that I need to speak with a doctor in order to have a test ( was not told on the phone). . Call 3 days later for the result and was told by unfriendly staff member that it will take 7 days for the result. 10 days passed & still don't have results.
Both myself and my son scheduled for COVID tests on their websites a night before. We received confirmation emails, and were told to attend a virtual meeting at a set time. After receiving a text to join the virtual meeting, we waiting for a prolonged period of time, with no response from doctors. We called the office multiple times until they had finally picked up, where they argued we had never reserved a spot. We offered to provide proof of appointment and other information, but in the end, they refused to assist, and were not helpful, and overall unprofessional. A waste of time.
Went in to get a Pre-employment Drug Screening completed. Called in before and upon arrival almost no wait time. Office environment and Staff was A++ and made the experience as efficient + easy as possible ! Definitely recommend.
Go to any other urgent care facility for your Covid test. Go to CVS. Go anywhere else. This facility attempts to make you have two televisits, one before your Covid test and then one to give you your results. I have had previous Covid tests at other facilities, and they will call you with the results. This place will not tell you your results over the phone, you need to schedule a televisit. They do not tell you this before the Covid test. They are trying to double dip and bill your insurance company for two visits. Scam alert.
The staff is exceptionally rude, with the exception of the receptionist she was helpful and kind. Overall, if you value respect, kindness, or basic human decency, go elsewhere!
Wait was only 5-10 minutes, and I think that's because I was left "yellow" on the tracker, would've been faster apparently. Great staff, just can't believe they couldn't check my Vitamin D levels since I was feeling queasy and have had it low before, which is why I asked. I was told no that it wasn't something they could do. PromptMD urgent care in Hoboken does offer this service.

It's like 5 questions (like the ones you would be asked at any other test site before getting tested). That Telehealth visit takes about 2 mins and costs $60. If your insurance does not cover, the test itself is $100. I went to take the test, all went smoothly and the person who administered it told me I would get a phone call with my results in 2-5 days. I get the call a few days later that I will need to schedule a Telehealth visit to receive my results. This would be another $60 tacked on (which you are not told about prior). I refused to schedule the Telehealth visit after finding out this information. They then refused to release my results. Only after talking to an urgent care representative 3 times was I able to have my results emailed to me. If you don't want to spend over $200 to get a covid test go elsewhere, such as CityMD. They take walk ins and you get your test results emailed to you, no hidden fees.

Im sitting outside of this urgent care my eighteen year old is inside the people that work there were competition rude and disrespectful. My son has prior heart issues they didnt care. It may be clean inside but the people who work there are clueless and I will never come here again. You shouldnt either. AWFUL
