List of Advocare Allergy And Asthma Sewell's Reviews
Dr. Cultrara I as amazing with my 7 year old! Great experience. Explained everything to him and allowed him to check the tools out before use so they weren’t so scary. 100% good experience.
Great doctor- made me feel at ease from start to finish
I wanted to try a different allergist and see if I could get some relief for my 2.5 year old daughter, so I visited the Sewell location for Advocare Allergy and Asthma. My daughter was itchy EVERY SINGLE DAY for probably two years. The doctors I had seen prior told me she had eczema and that it wasn't that bad. Regardless, I was looking for a new treatment or something to help her get through the day without scratching up her skin. I saw Dr. Toci and he helped me come up with a different treatment plan for her. I saw results the next day! With the new treatment plan she was itchy only in the afternoon the day after we saw the doctor, and it only got better from there. Since she wasn't scratching, her skin started to clear up, and within probably two weeks it was like she had never had an issue. The doctor prescribed her cream that I have only had to use two times since our visit mid-June.On top of fixing the itchy skin issue, Dr. Toci also helped me obtain the Auvi-Q EpiPen's that talk you through the directions. My daughter has a food allergy. He discussed and recommended a blood test so we could see the severity of the allergy itself. The last thing I want to add is that I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and pleasant. I know other reviews say the opposite, but that was not my experience. At the end of the visit they even gave my daughter stickers on our way out. She is a huge sticker fan at her age. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking to take a toddler to the allergist.
Went here with my son for 3 separate appointments. Tested positive for egg and wheat; Didn't prescribe an epipen. Asked to test for peanut and refused. Told us to try giving him peanut at home and watch him rather than test him. Didnt need a medical degree to decide I should switch doctors. New doc retested everything and also for peanut. Test came back positive for egg, milk and peanut (I suspect that they mixed up the milk and wheat test originally so he was probably always allergic to milk and not wheat). New doc said we should have been prescribed an epipen at least. I do not recommend.
Amazing staff. Dr. Walker was excellent with my 15 month old. The entire visit was efficient and quick.
great place. loved the staff
Great facility. The staff are very nice, the wait time is decent and it’s a very neat and clean office. There’s plenty of parking and it’s very conveniently located. There’s even a cute little cafe on the first floor. South Jersey Radiology is on the first floor so if you need any sort of scanning it’s very convenient. Most of the doctors are very nice, warm and attentive. I prefer Dr Freidel and Dr Shah over Dr. Bresalier. It’s better to go for a doctor who can connect with his patients on a human level. Certificates and fellowships are impressive but if you’re the kind guy who sees patients as diagnosis codes rather than human beings, your patients will also see you as a cocky set of credentials. It takes compassion, warmth and positivity to be considered a good doctor in my book, all which Dr. Bresalier lacks. Dr. Bresalier probably wont even remember you. Every time I saw him, I came out with a confused look on my face. As soon as he figures out that he can’t slap a diagnosis code on you and operate on you, his attention span will be brutally cut shirt. Lacks empathy and just rude to be honest. I think (my opinion), he is just looking for patients he can quickly diagnose and do surgical procedures on. That’s where the money is at. If you’re in there with an issue that can easily be fast tracked into an OR, he is your man. Otherwise he will not give you the time of day. He will rush and move on. I would definitely stick with Dr Freidel and Dr Shah or anyone other than Dr Brasalier.
The staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met. My medication has to be delivered to them monthly and it never seems to arrive on time (messing up my whole medication schedule and physical schedule). When I call to have them look into it, I am told they have patients and can't be checking to make sure medication is ordered... it is literally their job. I had the lead office staff tell me to "take a nap" because they made an error on my records that messed up everything ( needed my records disability and the mistake painted an incorrect picture) and I called to see if they could add an addendum. If I had any other doctor to go to that accepted my insurance, I would leave in a heartbeat. Why people would consistently deal with that month after month when they're paying a lot of money to be there, is beyond me.
i did not have a good experience here at all, the receptionist was very unaccommodating and the building is tired and the parking is not great either, we were late for our appointment by 15 minutes or so, was a downpour and we were really met with "the cold shoulder" particularly bothers me because routinely i wait for doctors easily 45 minutes before being seen, and the time i'm a lil bit late they were really unhappy with me and told me to fill out the battery of paperwork ( isn't this 2019 btw come on with this paper) and they would "see" if the doctor would still see my son..............well i am not filling out a ton of paperwork whilst you "see" if the doc will take us.....don't do me any favors...i will go elsewhere. I don't tolerate sub par customer service from ANY doctors office!!! I have great insurance , i pay my co pay etc... so i would not recommend this place at all.
I bring my 3yo son here. The front receptionists are so friendly, we always get a warm welcome! The waiting area is very clean. The clinical staff and doctor are also super nice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
