Juanita Kimberly Huggins's Online Review Report Card

November 23, 2021 was my intended first ever exam with Dr. Huggins for an annual exam. When I called to make the appointment at least a month prior, the receptionist did not inform me that the office had recently moved locations, and was not at the address listed on google. There was also never a reminder phone call, text, or email letting me know their location. Naturally, I followed the google directions and arrived at their previous Virtua location. I found their previous office (along with the name plate STILL next to the door), but the door was locked and it was dark inside. Panicked, I entered a nearby physicians office and inquired where the gynecologist’s office had gone. One told me they had moved to the building next door. I nearly ran out of the building so as not to be late to my appointment with Dr. Huggins. I found the correct office and walked in 13 minutes late. One of the receptionists, a woman with light hair to her chin, a surly attitude, and her mask under her nose, told me I was 15 minutes late and would not be seen. I was shocked! First of all, two women were ahead of me so I would have had to wait anyway, she talked down to me and berated me for being all of 15 minutes tardy (it was really 13), even though I explained the situation thoroughly. I also explained that I had been having problems and it was important for my health that the doctor see me. On top of everything, the entire drive was an hour and a half round trip. This was all stated. The woman just looked down at me and had the gall to ask when I’d like to reschedule. Never! My guess is that because my appointment was later in the day, the receptionist wanted to go home. Shame on this office for have zero compassion. I could only hope that Dr. Huggins herself would NOT be okay with her employee’s cold actions. Lia Russo Merighi

The best birth experience as a new father! She was very patient and informative. Our main doctor was on leave of absence last second and doula could not make it last second. We were so pleased with how Dr.Huggins handled everything. You can tell she really cares about her patients! Her patience is unmatched!!!

I love doctors Huggins she is the best great listener and very empathetic to you needs. She perform two of my surgeries so sweet she stayed with me the whole time she held my hand before they knocked me out and when I woke up from surgery she was right by my side couldn’t ask for a better Gyn

Dr. Juanita Huggins is just a God send, she listens to your concerns and make sure she takes all of your needs into consideration, she like a godmother to all of her patients...my pregnancy experience was so amazing because of her.

I would love to give her a rating. However, I can't. Scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance only to be called the day before by her reciptonist stating Dr. Huggins had a family emergency. Okay ! Reschedule. Here we are 3 weeks later and 1 day before my appointment. Guess what ??? I received another phone call from her reciptonist to advise Dr. Huggins had to reschedule her calendar. My appointment got cancelled yet again !!The lack of professionalism and regards for the patients are unreal! Needless to say my time and scheduling is not of value evidently. Dr. Huggins is a great doctor and makes you feel comfortable. Office is nice and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Excellent listener and a very passionate about her job and helping others.

Dr. Huggins is very professional yet very easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable through my entire procedure. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Huggins office is impossible to get in to. I have called 4 times over the last 6 months. In October, I was told that they were booked thru the end of December & to call back later (they can't/wont tell you when the new calendar will be available & will not call you back). Today I called again & was told that they are now booked thru the end of April & they don't have a calendar for May to schedule appointments.
